The movies are the newly released ones, the same ones you'd see at other theaters. Seats are comfortable. I get chilly in there, but it's easy enough to take a jacket or sweater in. Btw, they no longer search women's bags. That stopped a few years ago after complaints. The company does listen to customers. Don't forget to sign up for rewards. You can earn tickets, drinks, popcorn.

Cons: Human staff have been replaced with impersonal, often faulty kiosks, along with automated snack, popcorn, and drink machines. The new leather-like, electronically controlled seats are poorly designed and horribly stiff and uncomfortable with adjustment switches so poorly placed that they're nearly impossible to find in the dark, making it frustrating to change positions during the movie or to exit when it ends. And to her discomfort the seats are so high that my 5'4" wife's feet dangle and don't touch the floor when sitting upright. In the smaller capacity theaters, the stiff and uncomfortable seating is even worse, making films longer than two hours feel unbearable. It is so bad that we've passed on watching movies that are that long or longer in this theater and will attend other theaters to view them.

We ordered one large popcorn. I first asked for two large popcorns and asked for them to be put in bags so I could carry them because I had four kids. The employee offered to carry them to my seats. He also said he could give me small plastic containers for each of the kids and told me I could order one large popcorn and get free refills. Deal! I bought one large popcorn and for refills to refill the plastic containers. The seats. The seats were excellent. They were new, comfortable, and reclinable. What was even more amazing, because other movie theaters don't do this, I could put a large popcorn bucket on the tray and it didn't block my line of site. And people walking in the isle in front of me didn't block my line of site. And the rail between the rows didn't block the line of site of any of the kids. I can't say that about another name brand movie theater I recently visited. The screen was large and sound was excellent. Each seat is an extra spacious recliner with an individual, swing away counter for drinks or snacks. It's very much akin to an airline seat in business class. Except the controls are all electronic. There are kiosk for ordering tickets as walk-in guest. But the line for concessions looked pretty much the same. Now what we need is to order concessions directly from our recliner seats!

I worked with Josh who was super helpful and very communicative. At the event, the local team headed up by Prosper and Tammy was amazing.
