This business owner ran out on months of paying rent for his garbage bins and operation vehicles on my property in 2024. After many months and attempts to reach him and his wife for payment, last year and in the past few days, my attorney discovered that this busines blocked our business and my attorney via email and cell phone. This business cannot be trusted because they do not pay their bills and take no accountability. I have filed a small court claim against them in hopes of recouping back rents, overdraft fees, and charges for a bad check they gave us. We have also reported them to the City of Las Cruces. As small business owners, this is the one thing you shouldn't do to a fellow small business owner. It was tough on all of us last year, communication and community goes a long way. read more

I would like to share our experience with Trust Waste in case anyone is considering using them for their garbage service. They were always very polite on the phone, they got our garbage container to us quickly when we signed up. That's as far as the good goes. They were consistently a day and sometimes two days late on pick up. One time they kept saying they were coming but never came at all that week. We cancelled our service at the end of June after only a few months of service. We were on a month by month plan. Dean assured me that we would not be charged for July service- but we were. I've called 5 times since then to get the charge reversed and each time they apologize and say they will do it. The last time, she told me they would send a check for the amount we were charged. A week and a half later- still no check. It's been two months now. I can only assume they have no intention of paying back the money they owe us. read more

This business was sold to Southwest Disposal. Before that happened, Dean called me to see if I was going to pay a year in advance as I did the year before. He called me a second time and I had already sent him a check for the coming year. He did not mention a thing about selling to Southwest Disposal. I got a letter from Southwest welcoming as they were buying out Trust Waste, but now they say that as far as they can tell, my payment was for last year, not this year. I can't get in touch with Dean and I can't prove that the check was advance payment for trash pick up. He never let me know that he was no longer in business and the phone number I have for him is disconnected. read more

I requested an estimate. Dean called back promptly and provided his information regarding his services. We scheduled a time for Dean to come and pick up a load of junk. I accidentally forgot to confirm with Dean. When I called to he mentioned my spot had been filled due to my unresponsiveness. It was my fault. Dean mentioned to me he would do his best and come at a later time. Dean went above and beyond and worked later on a Sunday to pick up my load. I was extremely grateful. He has great customer service and affordable. read more

Missed our pick up multiple times. Told us trash was not properly bagged. ?? Terrible customer service on phone then cancelled our account AFTER we paid 12 months in advance. I would give 0 stars but won't let me!! Let's see how long refund takes. read more

After Mesilla Valley disposal sold to Southwest Disposal our service was very bad. We called Trust Waste. They actually answered the text messages! A BIG difference from Southwest Disposal who we left several voice mails, text and email that went unanswered. Dean was VERY kind and helpful. They just delivered our trash and recycling bins. ON A SUNDAY!!!!! These are hard working people!!!! We have been extremely pleased and look forward to using their company for a long time. I had sucky service with SW. I changed to MVW, when I heard that they were bought out by SW I immediately looked for another company. They even were billing me 3 months after I left them. Threatened to send me to the credit collections. Were rude when I called to try to straighten it out. I finally sent a nasty email with my statement from MVW and theirs to show I did not have service with them for the time they were billing me. In the email I asked for a manager to call me to talk about the issue. Never got a call. I called about 2 months later and was told you have no balance. No apologies, nothing. I would take my own trash to the dump in my car before I do business with them. Dean called me right back, told me they serviced our area. He said it would be a couple of weeks because he was ordering bins. I have had no issues with trash pick up or billing. I also have a recycling bin from him which I could never get with other companies. read more

So far this company is great. They respond quickly and are very professional. I quit Southwest Disposal because they never responded and were rude. I was gone for months out of the country and they still billed me then treated me like crap.I am waiting for my containers and have been told it will take about a month,until then they are picking up our trash without any issues.I hope everybody switches to Trust Waste. read more

They have been promising trash containers since August. They changed my schedule for pick up and never told me. Now they want the plastic bag of trash put out by 5am. We have coyotes and skunks that will tear right through a bag. As usual,promises,promises and terrible service. read more
