On more than one occasion I've brought items here packaged just as the Amazon service instructed, but the guy that runs the store said he wouldn't take it. The last time was in a box, but apparently was not good enough for for him. I placed a complaint with the UPS customer service - but I have low confidence that things will change here. I have not shopped anything from here, but to be honest, when I need to do so, I'lol find another place to do it. Its not worth the hassle in my opinion.
