4/8/25 update: I appreciate that Paul sent his team to meet up with a solar company yesterday to fix the roof leak under the solar panel. Time will tell if it's really fix this time when it rain again. read more

"81 year old Dad" had them do our pool shed roof and all seemed fine until the next day... Earlier in the day I (Son) noticed the foreman walking the back of our property around our barn and work station but didn't think much of it as he seemed friendly... However the next day, we noticed a dealt chainsaw on our table saw went missing as well as Dad's wallet next to 4 spray cans he got from Home Depot.... If it wasn't for the 2 missing items (chainsaw & wallet) I would recommend this company... Keep a camera on this crew and don't be a victim!!! That's what we've learned hiring Paul Brant of Trust All Roofing License #1080804. read more

I called Trust All after trying for a month to get another roofer out to take care of my small request. I added a chimney to an existing roof and need the chimney flashed and tied back in. He showed up within 2 days and most importantly before the next rain. It meant a lot to me that he showed up when he said he would. I would highly recommend their team. read more

Outstanding service and my I am very happy with the roof repair. My first repair was an emergency roof leak -much damage in my garage. That area was repaired and I had no further leaks during the heavy brain fall I requested he come back out and inspect my entire tile roof. He took pictures of the areas that needed some repair and I had the necessary repairs completed. Paul is honest and I have total trust in his work. read more

Disappointed! He has done work on my home a few times before and it was great work! However, during the first storm back in November, I called him because my roof was leaking. A person came out and inspect my roof and said I would get a call back with the price to fix it. I waited four days and called the office and was told that someone would be patient due to the recent weather (totally understandable) and someone would call me with a date and further info. That call never came so I used someone else. I understand how busy it got due to the back to back storms but to never get a call back was poor. Especially since I was a prior customer and raved about their service. After this, I am no longer recommending this company. Oh yeah, and I still never got a call back.. read more

For sure I recommend this business. Different people had been looking for the leak in my garage roof for years. No luck. So frustrating. Trust-All came out, went up on my roof, identified the spot and took a picture of it. Someone from the company came out the next day and fixed it. I am so grateful. read more

Here's a cut and paste review I e-mailed a friend. I had recommended this company as they had just finished a project for us. My friend is building a house and asked what I liked about them: My e-mail: As you know, I can be particular--especially when I feel I'm protecting someone's interests (like my parents). Paul Brant of Trust-All Roofing communicated well, followed up, kept me informed, met with me several times over a couple of concerns that I had. He provided verification's, liability, Workman's comp, W-9 without my having to chase it down (or ask twice). Paul was timely, friendly, the crew communicated with me and nobody had a problem with me checking the work when and where I wanted to. They cleaned the area up and left nothing for me to pick up after them (including a stray nail on our lot). Paul got the permit process going and checked with me without a problem (where the other bid I'd taken was one issue after another). I added additional work during the project that was unrelated to the original bid and Paul's charge was very reasonable (6 rain guards for the 3 units here, over the back patios and front walkways). He knew from the beginning that I'd be 'hands on' and wasn't put off or dissuading me from my duty as some might have been. Their work was top-notch. I told Paul that I'd be giving him awesome review on Yelp and be telling others about him/the company as the opportunity presented itself. Please, should you contact him, let him know that God blessed him with other potential business. Here's his contact info. Paul Brant Trust-All Roofing 4579 E. As a Realtor, I need a roofer I can trust. They're not cheap, but they're the only one I'd let work on my house or recommend to my clients. They are trustworthy and reliable. Give them a call! read more

During the rain storms in January, I had major leaks and wasn't sure why. We called Trust All Roofing to come out and check and they were very responsible and came out now this roof was put on several years ago and has a lifetime warranty. I had solar panels put on, but that did not bother the roofing company they checked everything they left and then we had the solar company come out and check. I need to wear very responsive and came out Good that last small storm we had I had another leak and Trust All Roofing came out to check it and fixed it. I asked the owner how much and he said nothing. I cannot recommend this roofing company more. They are absolutely excellent. read more

They did a perfectly good job and were timely and quick and cleaned up the mess, they did not however, respond to repeated (4) requests to replace a missing piece of flashing or to provide an estimate on another quarter panel of roofing. I used them twice but I guess my job wasn't big enough to ensure I got total quality or customer service ( or another estimate) Use them at your own risk is all I can say read more

Roofing work seemed to be done well, they got started quicker than expected, the workers were very nice, most interactions were very professional. I'm not complaining about the quality of composition roofing, as I'm sure that's high quality (time will tell). BUT the roof color was NOT what we wanted. They got their files mixed up.THEY PUT ON THE WRONG COLOR! Yes, a human error but the compensation for something that was NOT our error, was so MINIMAL!!!!! - less than .03% of the total cost. May I repeat, it was NOT our error! We gave our color request over the phone, it was NOT in writing. Future customers, take notice... confirm your color choices, in writing, AND all what will be done, even if you have a contract. We probably should have asked them to replace it with our choice of color. I guess I thought they would have compensated us better. On top of that, a good portion of the paint of the front facing garage gable was peeled off in the process of them removing some of the old framing. It was LEFT in that peeled off state, looking terrible! Now we have the cost of house painting on top of the cost of the roof. They didn't even respond to these concerns. Afterall, they have their money, why bother with an unhappy customer? I am definitely NOT a satisfied customer. :( read more

As part of selling our home, we needed some minor roof repairs per the home inspection. We agreed to a quote of $1375 that would include a two year certificate of warranty over the roof. Our fault for not getting other bids, but a lot was going with the move. We agreed on 12/19 and as of 1/7 nothing had been done. We complained and a crew of 4 came out 1/9, and spent a total of 30 minutes, replacing two tiles, secured a few slide tiles, used some blowers to remove some debris, and sealed some jacks. Expected more. If you subtract the certificate of $300, we ended up paying $500 per man hour, excluding the cost of a couple of tiles and some sealant. Felt like we were taken because the house was under escrow. Owners response was that he has expenses and it was a fair price. read more

Paul came out within 24 hours and fixed (in the rain mind you) the roof to one of my rentals. He was honest about work that needed to be done, but didn't lie and say it had to be done immediately just to get the money. He was kind and respectful. I will definitely use them every time I need a problem fixed on a roof on any of my rentals and my house. read more

Everyone involved was very courteous and professional, from Paul to the onsite lead worker. The job was done with a high amount of care and quality, with the only delay in the process being the very late arrival of the City inspector....grrrr. Very reasonable price too! Hands down an awesome and honest roofing company! I was a former commercial property manager and used them for our commercial buildings and the work they did was phenomenal. Years later ( in a new profession) I found myself as an administrator in probate court and in charge of some very old (1939) apartments with a 1939 leaky tile roof. They were able to locate the rare tiles (a lot of them) and do the repairs even in the dead of summer (105 degree+) the roof turned out amazing and they were super reasonable. They did work at my personal residence as well and again quality work at a reasonable price read more

Called Trust-All when we discovered two leaks in our concrete tile roof; one of which was dripping through the ceiling of our home. This was at the beginning of a week during which it was forecasted to rain for several days. Plus we explained to Paul that we had a vacation planned & we were scheduled to leave in two days. He responded immediately and had the leaks fully repaired within 24 hours! (And our house was safe as was our planned vacation.). He was referred to us by a friend who was very satisfied with the complete reroofing job he did on their home. And now we too feel very confident in recommending Trust-All Roofing to others. Thank you Paul! read more

Just recently heard this companies advertisement on the local talk radio station and it prompted me to write this review. I have no idea why these people would advertise after the experience I had with them. A little over a year ago I heard their ad, I was in need of roof repair on my 18,000 foot building. I called to set an appt for somebody to come out for an estimate. They did not show for the appointment. It stopped raining , so my roof stoped leaking , and off to other more pressing issues at work. About six months go buy and I know I have to do something with the roof , so I call them again for another estimate, explaining what had previously happened and they apologized and said they had a bad employee and he no longer works there , I get it , I employ 45 people , stuff happens. I make another appointment for estimate , and again they no show me. This time they called and tried to reschedule for the next day. I said ok , the next day came around , and I was stood up again !!! I called trust all to say forget it and they said the guy was on his way. I said no thank you. About 45 mins later a guy showed up asking for me to give an estimate for the roof. When I met him he asked to borrow a ladder since he didn't have one. Really ? I figured that was a perfect estimate. I told me that I really didn't want this company to do the work. How could I have them start when you can not even get them to show up for an appointment. I get it. There are good companies and bad out there. The only part that confuses me is why in the world would the advertise to try to get business when in my experience they cannot handle what they have, we went with another local roofer. They came out on time and completed the work with in a week. read more

Entire roof was installed wrong down to the substrate. Job never completed, job abandoned by contractor that refused to fix it and complete the project. After a few attempts at resolution and no response, I was forced to go after the contractor's bond and was awarded the full bond. I also filed a complaint with the Contractors State License Board, which resulted in a full investigation. Contractor was cited for poor workmanship and contract violations by the CSLB. I do not recommend this company. The next step for me is to remove entire roofing system, including the substrate, hire a new roofing contractor and start over. Violations: -OSB board vertical seams do not land on rafters. Proper nailing requirement to rafter cannot be achieved -Borga metal roofing required substrate (sheathing) to be a minimum 5/8" thickness with 24" rafter spacing. Contact reads 7/16" OSB board as sheathing. -The fasteners for the metal panels are not all fastened through the 7/16" OSB and existing 1x4 sheathing. Must maintain a 5/8" thickness for sheathing requirement. -Found cut pieces of panel debris showing that the sheet was cut with some type of abrasive blade. This is not manufacturer recommended because it compromises the baked enamel finish of the panel. 1 year later ends are rusted. -The "z" flashing at roof to stucco was not finished. This "z" flashing needs counter flashing over the fasteners to finish the roof to wall metal when surface application is provided. 1 year later-chimney flashing has started to pull away from chimney, the epoxy bond is falling apart, fastening system failing, and joints separating resulting in a less than water tight result. Also, the installer tried to paint it to cover the defects, paint does not match. -It appears that all fasteners used at the gable trim, ridge cap and eave closure metal were not stitching screws. These fasteners are over tightened creating an uneven finish. These fasteners are also exposes leaving an unappealing finish to detail of trim. -At the porch area to the main slope of the roof there was transition metal provided. This metal was installed in a manner that does not allow water to flow from upper pitch to lower pitch. Water is running uphill to the upper slope area. -At gable end trim we found holes that appeared to be caulked. This trim needs to be replaced. -At the all detail we found exposed fasteners in the field panel. The Tioga system is designed not to have exposed fasteners in field panels. -The boot flashing on rib panel does not appear to be watertight. The panel placement was not well thought out per industry standards, which resulted in the vent penetration at the standing seam, which doesn't allow the boot to be applies as designed. Vents should be as close to the middle of the panel as possible, and the area of the roof if separated level/run which would allow the planning to be done. -The detached garage has deflection. It appears to be severe, but was not addressed by contractor. -The home meets the standard for attic ventilation at ridge, and is with a manufacturer approved vent system. However, at the detached garage we did not see any ridge vent -Installation at bay windows: The panels are not installed per aesthetic industry standards, typical installation is to center the panels so the left and right end pieces are uniform cut and view, the panels were not properly planned or spaced on these sections per standard installation practices. -No gutters have been installed, job is incomplete. read more

Fixed our leaking roof that another guy couldn't fix after three attempts. Paul was a straight shooter and came as a recommendation from our regular contractor. He lived up to his good reputation. read more

Paul called back within a day. Got the roof fixed in an hour. Great job. I will call again.

I talked to and got quotes from 4 roofing contractors to replace my old shake roof. I choose Paul and Trust-All roofing because he was honest and straight about the job and what was needed. I was also getting a solar system so I set up a meeting with Paul and the solar company to discuss the process, timelines and coordinate the work. Trust-All showed up on time, did the job in a clean and efficient manner. They pulled the permits as part of the job and even called the company that I used to install my insulation to get the certificate that it was 13 1/2 inches of blown in insulation. Before they started Paul pointed out I had some cracked glass in one of my skylights and gave me a name of a company that could fix it. Highly recommend this company and Paul. If I ever need another roof this is who I would call. read more

Many better roofing companies to call on. I called several times and was in need of help but not one return call. Very bad service!

He came out and looked at the leak and told us he would call us with an estimate. We waited several days knowing he was busy with other clients and then called. He told us he would call us back with an estimate, we waited a couple of days, called back and he told us he'd call in a couple of hours. Never called. We moved on. It would have been more helpful had he just told us he was too busy or he didn't care. We wasted a lot of time. read more
