I used them for a small commercial project at Westwoods restaurant in Fresno. They were timely, cleaned uo after themselves, did not require micro management, and the new roof looks great. I'd use them again. read more

My review is mixed. The company installed a new roof in 2004. Did a great job. Had a roof health inspection done in late 2024. Complete ridge cap replacement. Another great job. Spring of 2026, requested estimate on facia repair. Delivered wood to be painted prior to install (made sense). On day of repair, two individuals arrived and did not speak any English. Needed a power cord for tools and I supplied. Job required additional trim piece and that arrived later so I could paint. That was installed the following week. At issue is that they broke my gate and said nothing, along with almost taking my power cord. Some debris that was blown out of rain gutters was now on patio. Topper was water bottle and caps on front curb. God I hope they get this corrected with staff. read more

Still having roof issues. I shouldn't be having this many issues in 3.5 years of a "new" roof. Fresno weather is not bad enough to create leaks or gaps when it rains. read more

I recently purchased a home and a roof inspection had been completed by Allstate that had been ordered by my realtor. I decided to move forward with the repairs. I was told scheduling would be in contact, Didn't confirm a date/time with me just showed up one morning and I was leaving. When I returned home that evening I discovered that the debris they cleared off my roof was now in my pool. I reached out via phone message and e-mail to discuss this or at least to receive some acknowledgement about my concern , NOTHING . read more

I'm sure I previously wrote a review for Allstate & owner, Ryan Lee. Simply said, "Best experience ever" with a business. Ryan is so conscientious and patient--to answer questions, provide help with decisions, and complete the job to my satisfaction. And whenever I have called him, following the job, he has always gotten back to me and given me whatever consideration I needed. Just the BEST! I didn't say cheap--I said the BEST! Just what I wanted! (my roof was done about 17 years ago). read more

This company put a Presidential comp roof on my neighbors house and did a bad job. It was installed in July and had several areas where the roofers had walked on it when it was hot so it had several areas where the shingles were damaged. read more

Allstate Roofing is the best company in Fresno! we have had to call them when it's pouring rain on 3 different occasions and they have immediately sent people out to stop the leaks! Thank you Allstate Roofing! read more

Allstate roofing was great. They were prompt and courteous. They competed the work quickly and were priced fair. I am leaving a one star review due to incompetence of their bookkeeping. After cashing my check a month ago, I was called and asked to prove that I paid the amount and that THEY cashed the check?!?! So after taking the time to send an image of the check online and email it to them as well as the deduction of the check from my account, I am left wondering if I should bill them for doing their bookkeeper's job? #itsmath #notmyjob read more

We are very impressed with Allstate Roofing. After finding water coming in off of a vent in our bedroom they called within 1 hour of my first call late on a Friday night. They prompt on coming and fixing the leak and then set up another appointment for roof maintenance when the weather cleared. Everyone in the office was very helpful. read more

All State Roofing just finished our new roof and did a great job. They finished in 4 1/2 days even with a change in color of shingles. All State Roofing was very accommodating when we asked for a change in color. Ryan and Gerardo kept on top of the job and checked in regularly that we were happy with the progress. Roof turned out beautiful and we are very happy. The city inspector came out twice and had no issued. He said he never has issues with All States quality of work. Great job!! read more

"In a word, OUTSTANDING from start to finish. Allstate Roofing was one of three roofing contractors I contacted to replace the roof on our approximately 3000 sq. ft. Allstate Roofing returned my initial phone call promptly and scheduled a convenient time to come to our home to inspect the roof and give an estimate. They arrived at the scheduled time and began with a thorough inspection of the roof and chimney. They took the time to explain the condition of the roof and suggested alternatives to replacing the entire roof. We elected to replace versus repair the roof. The owner provided us with a detailed, computer generated printout estimate of all the work to be provided. He also took the time to answer all our additional questions and told us to call him if we had any other questions. Allstate and their team were prompt, professional and extremely courteous throughout the entire job. They worked diligently and quickly. They took extra precautions to ensure all the debris was disposed of properly and the job site was meticulously maintained. The entire experience was positive and hassle free. If you are looking for a professional and experienced roofing contractor, Allstate Roofing is without doubt the best choice for the job."I would highly recommend Allstate roofing! read more

I called them and scheduled an inspection for a house I had in escrow. They didn't show but instead called at the time of the appointment to say they weren't coming. They gave me a phone number for someone else to call. Called that number and never got a call back. Tried to find someone else with no luck. Called them back to see if they had time the following week, and they want to charge $225 just for the inspection. Won't be calling them again. read more
