He came Sunday to inspect the damage. Unfortunately as I had feared due to the smoke coming out of my outside vent, the entire furnace needed replaced. Bob showed me exactly what was wrong with a video scope inside the furnace and told me how much the replacement would cost. He also offered me space heaters, but fortunately I already had two and a gas fireplace. On Tuesday, his employee James came and replaced the furnace and I was relieved to have heat again. They were both very courteous and helpful and I would definitely use them again. I had also used Bob several years ago to replace an air conditioner.

They wasted valuable time knowing that an upcoming severe freeze warning could cause further damage to my home. They cancelled my service call because I hadn't signed the contract, which they never even sent out. They were greedily trying to upsell me when I was under pressure and cost me valuable time. I told them that the inspector specifically asked me to have licensed HVAC guy pull a permit to have it repaired - it was mostly an issue of placement - and they tried, again, to sell me on a whole new system.
