I began to see Dr. Ennen after being referred to him by a friend back in 12/2023. My goal was to…read moreget some guidance on losing weight. After the first visit, I was placed on some expensive supplements and went to do some bloodwork. Second appt I receive a diagnosis of long covid and put on keto. A month in I began to get intense abdominal pain. I've had diverticulitis once in my life and I was sure this was what it was. Dr. Ennnen convinced me to wait out treatment because I wanted to avoid antibiotics and I agreed. This was on a Monday. I came in 3 times this week for treatment. By Friday the pain was so bad I could barely walk and went to the er. I had a 3 mm abscess on my sigmoid colon. In hindsight, With the amount of pain I was in, I feel Dr. Ennen should have urged me to go to the er but I trusted him. I ended up in the hospital with a picc line of antibiotics. I do not believe my diagnosis is Dr. Ennen's fault but I will say me trusting that I could wait is what increased the severity of my issue. Dr. Ennen helped me get my inflammation down by prescribing a paleo autoimmune diet since I now needed surgery. I keep seeing him through my surgery in May 2024. I'm diagnosed with various things by him and purchase more supplements. My appointments are all over the place with a bombardment of information which none of which was very helpful. He did call to check on me while I was in the hospital and immediately following my surgery. After my surgery I see him for about a month once I was healed and needing more treatment and supplements. Then a rental for a laser. I did not see any significant changes in my healing. After spending thousands of dollars I gave up on this type of treatment. I believe following this treatment plan definitely an inarguably made my condition worse. Once I stop going to appointments, there was no follow up no calls no concern. Appts take 60-90 min. I genuinely do not know how I could be diagnosed with various issues with the type of licenses that he holds. I also did not lose weight. So why such a review after years have passed? I am now at a healthy weight and I'm healed from my abdominal issues going a different route. I do believe Dr. Ennen cares for his patients, but also believe that my case was past his level of experience and expertise, and probably should've been humble enough to say that he could not treat me. I had some sort of hope he could help me and wanted to trust the process since he did help my friend in her condition. Maybe I was just a single case.

Originally was looking to lose weight and gain more energy after hearing about peptide treatment. Dr. Bar started me off with a blood test and started me on treatments as soon as the blood results came back. I've been taking peptides with her own brand of protein powder, muscle + powder, TRX and muscle + supplements and nitrogen tablets. Having an active lifestyle and not being able to get to the gym as much as I would like, I'm already at my goal weight, physically stronger with muscle definition, I have lowered my blood pressure and able to stop pharmaceutical BP medication, sleeping better, more energetic, and have increased my sex drive, with minimal workout time and no pharmaceutical drugs. I feel like my aging has come to a compete stop and actually going in reverse. After watching testimonials on her website and researching the benefits of a P-shot I decided to give it a try. Not only was it painless with little to no recovery time but increased my size and girth. The professionalism of the staff and time that Dr. Bar spent with me learning my goals and putting together a personalized treatment is something i've never experienced in a doctor visit ever!. You can just tell she really cares about her patients. If you are looking to feel all around better physically, mentally and emotionally. This is a no brainer make an appointment and give this a try.

I came here for a consultation and Dr. Tsay was able to prescribe me the medications I needed on the same day. I was able to speak with him for as long as I could and didn't feel like he was in a hurry to see the next patient. We went over all my concerns, and he informed me on why I was having certain symptoms, which was very interesting to know about what is going on in my body. Overall I think this is a great way to get quality care. Very affordable and even have discount price for students.

I went to Hannah acupuncture and met with Dr. Jeon yesterday. I don't know where to start as the…read moreexperience lands in the realm of absurdity. First, the office setting does NOT evoke the feel of a highly successful practice. When I met with Dr. Joen, she proceeded to tell me that my insurance, Anthem PPO, only covers $50 a visit, although I was told that I was covered by insurance and only had a $20 co-pay when I scheduled the appointment. I asked what the $295 consultation fee that she recommended and other extra charges would do to make me feel better, and she told me wants to focus on my whole body and health and acupuncture would not do accomplish that. This was only after viewing my tongue and checking my pulse. I wanted an explanation of what the greater services would provide and she couldn't tell me as that meant she was consulting and that would cost more. Although I am fortunate enough to afford whatever the cost, she told me that I must be poor, as rich people don't care and most of her clients are rich based on where her office is located. She said she services the poor and devotes time and free services around the world and kept telling me that everybody loves her. Unbelievable. I should have walked out when she insulted me, but I was curious. There was a Catch 22, as I wanted more information to make a decision about committing to more services and to see what she was trying to sell me countered by the fact that she wouldn't tell me more as that meant a consultation. She provided her services although reluctantly. She forgot about me being hooked up to a machine that I believe lasted 3 times longer than it should have. After one day, I am experiencing no benefit from her services in making my back and neck better. This was my first acupuncture experience. I will try it again, but with a very different practitioner.

Our experience at Ashara Health & Wellness was extremely disappointing…read more On November 6, 2025, I brought my teenage son to Ashara because he was ill and dehydrated and was seeking hydration therapy. During his visit, his condition deteriorated rapidly. He became pale, began sweating profusely, appeared disoriented, and nearly lost consciousness. His condition became serious enough that I called 911, and he was transported by ambulance to the emergency room for evaluation and treatment. As a result, our family incurred more than $1,400 in emergency medical bills, in addition to other expenses. Since then, I have attempted to resolve this matter professionally. I sent certified correspondence requesting reimbursement or, at a minimum, the contact information for Ashara's professional liability insurance carrier so the claim could be handled appropriately. I also requested copies of the medical records and other relevant documentation. Despite these efforts, I have received no response. I understand that unexpected medical events can occur, but what has been most disappointing is the complete lack of communication afterward. Ignoring a patient's family after such a serious incident does not reflect the level of professionalism or accountability I expected. I hope Ashara Health & Wellness will choose to respond and work toward resolving this matter.
