Cleaning: 10/10 My rating is based on what the cleaners and reach and get without flipping over the entire apartment or hurting themselves. From visible places to places you don't frequent, I believe Blanca and Aza did an amazing job. I asked if they could clean behind the couch and they did! They got through the checklist and I was very pleased with the cleanliness of my apartment. It was like a boulder was taken off my shoulders. The apartment smelled clean as well. They used pet-friendly and child-friendly products which also made me feel relieved. Pricing: 10/10 For the work that was put into cleaning and also taking further steps to accommodate my requests, I believe the price is perfect. My couch is pretty heavy and for Blanca and Ava to clean behind the couch with no additional costs was very surprising and I am grateful. As well as the water stains on my dishwasher that was really difficult to get rid of, they did their best to scrub and scrub until it looked nearly new. All without additional add on costs. The owner called to let me know they would try their best to rid of the stains with no cost which was very dependable of him. I am really grateful for their kindness and customer service. Overall, I am extremely pleased and will be using their services again! They were kind, attentive, and also very sweet to my child. It was a very good experience.

One sent a preliminary quote that was way too high so I reach out to Bear Pro Cleaners. We start off texting to share basic details then arrange a call. After speaking with Kevin (owner) and discussing my immediate needs we set an appointment for two days out and agree on pricing. Kevin kept in constant communication with me and provided updates as promised. Day of appointment he and his crew arrive on time and get to work. There was allot of deep cleaning required for this bathroom but when they were done it looked like new and the odor was gone. First off, I'd like to say that the initial contact process was easy, and the cleaners arrived on…read moretime. However, once the owner and another cleaner entered my unit, the experience quickly became unacceptable. I have security cameras inside my apartment, including one facing the center of my living space and another at my front door. While I was at work, I received notifications that my camera was being tampered with. When I reviewed the footage, I observed one of the cleaners using the end of a broomstick to move my camera. She did this on two separate occasions. As I continued reviewing the footage, I noticed behavior that appeared suspicious. The cleaner was opening a drawer where I kept cash and appeared to be attempting to take money. I immediately returned home and confronted her. Her explanation was that she was "dusting" with the end of a broomstick, which made no sense given what was visible on the footage. I explained that I hired this company because they advertise themselves as professional, trustworthy cleaners who conduct background checks on their employees. I did not believe I should have to worry about protecting my belongings while paying for a professional cleaning service. Despite my concerns, I allowed the service to be completed and paid for the cleaning. Later, while reviewing the footage more thoroughly, I discovered that I had actually been robbed. A ring valued at approximately $1,700 had been taken from my home. When I contacted the owner, she provided me with the cleaner's contact information and stated that the cleaner had only been hired the day before and that this was her first cleaning assignment. This raised serious concerns for me, as a company that advertises employee screening and background checks would reasonably be expected to have a more thorough hiring process than one completed overnight. The owner was not helpful in resolving the matter. After I informed her that I would pursue legal action if the debt was not settled through either the return of my property or reimbursement for its value, I requested information regarding the company's insurance coverage. I was then informed that the company did not carry insurance. Since that conversation, the owner has not made any effort to follow up or assist in resolving the situation, despite multiple attempts on my part to communicate with her. It appears that she is simply hoping the matter will go away. As a result, I am now out approximately $1,700 for the stolen ring, in addition to the amount I paid for the cleaning service itself. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. I strongly encourage others to choose a cleaning service that is truly trustworthy and that stands behind the claims made on its website regarding professionalism, employee screening, and customer protection.

I hired them to do a cleaning in 2017, but I thought I'd share my experience. I have two issues…read morewith them: 1. Their service 2. Aggressive and deceptive marketing March, 2017 Jessica and Lori were on time, and polite. I explained that the floors needed special attention, and dusting had to be very thorough. I have a lung condition, and this is important. They showed me the 49 point check list of what they do. It was exactly what I needed. Well, since I was home I was able to see what they did, and didn't do. They missed quite a few things. The microwave was cleaned, but not the inside of the door. That wasn't touched. The fridge had streaks on the outside, and when I pointed that out, they said stainless steel does that. I said no, it doesn't do that if cleaned properly. I had them re-do it. I then ran my hand over the granite counter top, and it was grimy and sticky. I had to ask them to clean it "again." The floor in one of the bathrooms was dirty, with hair and dirt in the corner. The shower stall in the master bath was bone dry, and the glass and fixtures still had water spots on them. The chrome fixture had clearly not been touched. Afterwards, they left without saying goodbye. I felt awkward, but after they left I read over their check list they left. They checked that they cleaned the ceiling fans, but they never touched them. Additionally, they didn't dust/clean the glass sofa table, which has ring mark and is coated with dust. It looks like they swiped at it with a rag, but it was far from clean. Finally, there is a cabinet with shelves in the master bathroom that was not touched. Overall, I am not impressed at all. I had the feeling these girls were doing the bare minimum, and had the attitude that if you can't see the dirt, it isn't there. I am looking for a thorough, reliable service for myself and my parents, but it is hard to find sich a thing. September 2017 Many months ago, I made the mistake of filling out a form online for a cleaning quote. I answered a lot of questions and took the time to thoroughly answer all questions. I received a call from them promptly, but had to again answer the same questions I answered online. I was quoted a ridiculous price for two hours of cleaning ktwo people) - around $250. I told the guy that, and said I was not interested. I later hired them because of a discount special they offered. Well, during Hurricane Harvey. I received numerous telemarketing calls from them. We were dealing with the storm and family needing to evacuate, and I did not appreciate all the calls, texts and emails. Especially the calls from the cleaners pretending I had actually scheduled services, and that the maids were running late for my "appointment." I told them I never scheduled anything with them, yet they kept calling and emailing. All the numbers were New York numbers. I told them to quit calling, but the calls have continued. Next step: complaint with the FCC. Any company that conducts business this way, in my opinion, is unethical and dishonest. Trying to trick customers into thinking that they have scheduled service is underhanded at the least. I told them that there was no way I would have scheduled services because we were experiencing a hurricane and weren't even in town when they claimed to be trying to show up. Due to these two things, and their regular ridiculously overpriced charges. I will not be ever using this company. Ever.

They were extremely thorough with every area of our apartment. Our place has never looked so good. They went above and beyond and left nice touches around the apartment. (The folded and put a cute sticker on or toilet paper!) it felt like coming home to a hotel after a long day at work. The pre-visit setup was easy and smooth also.
