I mentioned my discontent several times to the office as they kept getting prescriptions wrong…read moregoing back and forth with the insurance agency, which caused a lot of delays in getting them filled. This happened several times and when I finally voiced my discontent I thought my complaints were heard. I had an appointment with Dr Cichetti and things went normal at that visit, however a few days later I received a letter saying they were removing me from their practice because I was 'unhappy' with their office. Nothing was said to me by Dr Cichetti at my visit only a few days prior, I was shocked, rather than say anything or address the office incompetence in ordering prescriptions and preapprovals they just dropped me without any discussion . I would recommend Massena Internists they are much better all around.
