On March 9, 2026, I went to Trulieve located at 5900 Rock Island Road, Tamarac, FL 33319, I placed my order online. As I walked into your facility a young man a corky guy took care of me. He had some stuffed animal sneakers. Cute young man. I don't know his name. Nor on the receipt it does not list the associate that took care of you. I think you should add that feature to your receipt. The associate who is taking care of you at the time of service rendered. He was very friendly, he asked for my ID then he called me in so I could receive my order. I like it when I walk into the facility, it is always clean nice size lobby, with plenty of parking outside. Staff are very knowledgeable, always willing to answer questions & recommend what's new & old. BIG SHOUT OUT to your Team!!! 5-star quality!!! I love coming to your facility & I highly recommend it. waiting in line with 2 people in front of me. they got checked in as soon as it's my turn the lady goes inside even though she saw me. Didnt even say one moment or do you need to be checked in, nothing. Then proceeds to make me wait an extra 10 to 15 minutes standing in line to check in. read more

Yesterday I made a Review here...I do not know how to add to that review...so I will add to my comments Here Yesterday...the Female Manager on Duty of Trulieve Tamarac called the police emergency line and made a LIVE CALL stating that SHE had an IRATE CUSTOMER in her lobby...When I walked into the Lobby she engaged with me and I told her that the issue we had the other day...that I was no longer going to complain to corporate about the issue...that I would like to clean the slate between us...as a couple days prior the issue was one where she accused me of making TWO orders and the actual TRUTH was one of the Trulieve employees as a favor to me (A favor I was NOT aware nor asked for) SAVED one of my orders from TWO days prior...Well the manager in question was rude to me stating that it was my fault that I had TWO orders and I was over my OMMU limit and she was very accusational...as I told her that her system was broken as I did not make that order...she was again rude insisting that I did make that order....But I have every right to assume that the order from TWO days ago does not exist as TRULIEVE POLICY IS TO CANCEL AN ORDER AFTER 24 HOURS, so their system was BROKEN in that the CORPORATE PROTOCOL was NOT FOLLOWED. Moments later she Read the note on the order from Saturday...two days prior to this event...and exclaimed that this is an order from TWO DAYS ago...Now she realized she was mistaken and I did not make the order that day...she just dropped it became silent and NON COMMUNICATIVE...and she made no attempt to apologize for her FALSE ACCUSATIONS. She Keyed in my original Order and made another mistake and over charged me for sales items this just amplified the rhetoric and the situation spiraled and I feel she was so non communicative and not trying to de-escilate the situation...anyway...I left that nite with no more incidents or warnings or issues. The MAIN POINT is the Manager at Trulieve made a LIVE CALL to 911 emergency line and made a LIVE FALSE CLAIM...She stated SHE HAD AN IRATE CUSTOMER IN THE LOBBY and in accuality IF YOU WATCH THE SECURITY FOOTAGE OF OUR INTERACTION YOU WILL SEE I DID NOTHING AT ALL AND WAS NOT IRATE AT ALL. AN EMPLOYEE OF THE COMPANY NAMED JESSICA K. WAS ON DUTY AND SHE EXCLAIMED TO THE MANAGER "WHY ARE YOU CALLING 911 HE DID NOTHING HE IS NOT IRATE WHY ARE YOU DOING THIS"...AND JESSICA K. WAS NOTICEBLY UPSET BY THE MANAGERS FALSE CLAIM AND TREATMENT OF ME...LIVE AND IN THE MOMENT. When the police arrived I was Outside in my car Talking to Trulieve Corporate as I was APPALLED at the events that were Taking Place...the Police arrived and were BIASED BY HER FALSE "LIVE" CLAIM THAT I WAS AN IRATE CUSTOMER AS THEY WERE PROVIDED WITH FALSE INFORMATION FROM THE TRULIEVE MANAGER ON HER EMERGENCY CALL... The police treated me as if I was a criminal...they were rude and accusational as they felt I had been threatening based on her FALSE PHONE CALL CLAIMING I WAS "IRATE" (VERY ANGRY) ONE POLICE OFFICER DEMANDED I STAY IN MY CAR AND DO NOT LEAVE...AND I COMPLIED...ANOTHER OFFICER YELLED AT ME FOR NO REASON "GET OUT OF HERE WHY HAVE YOU NOT LEFT YET" The point being that the officers where all worked up as they felt that an EMERGENCY CALL HAD BEEN MADE AND CLAIMS OF A VERY ANGRY CUSTOMER WAS THEIR EXPECTATION... But I was not angry with her and in fact if you watch the security video you will see I WAS NOT IRATE INFACT I WAS TRYING TO MEND WHAT EVER FENCES WE HAD FROM THE PRIOR DAY. I FEEL THAT A FALSE CLAIM FROM THEIR MANAGER...SHOULD BE INVESTIGATED...AS IT PUT MY LIFE AND THE LIFE OF THE OFFICERS IN DANGER AS THEY WERE PLACED UNDER FALSE OVER AMPLIFIED CIRCUMSTANCES... I want to be clear Their manager NEVER EVER ASKED OR TOLD ME TO LEAVE THE BUILDING...She just Called 911...IT WAS ALL VERY IMMEDIATE AND CONFUSING THE EMPLOYEES AT TRULIEVE ARE VERY NICE AT TIMES AND VERY SELF RIGHTEOUS AT OTHER TIMES AND THEY ARE MISTAKEN AT TIMES. Final Note: Earlier that day I was on the phone with TRULIEVE as my app did work and that phone call was an hour where FINALLY someone fixed my problem...and Also earlier that same day I bought something that day and they sent me home with the wrong product...and I had to go back and the Manager Made me the Bad Guy there too. I was wrong here with that employee and we had a disagreement as I wanted the display Item and he could not provide it to me...I even called corporate and said I understood after a lengthy conversation with them...which I admitted I was a little childish in my request...But again TO TRESPASS ME FOR SUCH BEHAVIOR SEEMS A LITTLE MUCH. read more

Barely care when someone is at the front to check in.. and then when you sit your self down because they haven't came to acknowledge you yet the staff gets mad because they don't know who has to be checked in ( so it's the consumers fault for having to wait? ). I've seen 2 employees just cash 2 people out and didn't call the next person in until another 5-7mins later. When you look to see what's going on. Employees are just chatting laughing & conversing amongst themselves and they have a ridiculous line.. I literally wait 12 mins to check in and another 20 mins just waiting. I had to ask for my ID back so I can leave because it was clearly I was going to stay there for another 30-45 min. I ended up leaving and going to CURALEAF 1.6 miles down the street from this Trulieve. And was out within less than 6min. It's ridiculous that the staff/employees don't care about how long they have people waiting because they know either way you're going to stay and get you're prescription because of the demand in Florida and not enough supply (stores). I can't imagine how many times I've went to this location and literally have to wait on avg 20-35 min it's ridiculous. It gets to the point you want to ask them for an application because of how slow everyone is moving. I would give this place NO STARS if I was able to read more

After returning back to my stressful job. Had to go pick up a few items Jamie & Johnny was very helpful. Ted and Dorvy friendly, professional, and outgoing. Great atmosphere, I wonder if they're hiring I need to be around a group of positive people like them. and they have so much merchandise. It's ridiculous. I'm always getting free items. I love this place. read more

Great service, super friendly.. better prices than 80% of local dispensaries. Great selection of strains and prices

Matt is lazy, rude and unprofessional. He lacks basic common decency or professionalism. He just sits on his phone. He was on his phone arguing with someone on the phone while taking my order. Get better people. read more

It has been almost 3 years I have very little to complain about , quality medicine . This place is definitely my first choice !

I used to come here all the time the only good people are brandon and nicole. This is my 4th time getting shorted on my Medicine which kind of defeats the purpose of coming to a dispensary . I am sad to say that trulieve allows such people to dispense medicine with out any kind of camaras watching or someone watching them since this is the 4th time of my self getting shorted not including my husband we used to come here everyday now we will not come here at all. read more

First time I've ever been ANYWHERE that ... When I was asking for a manager to complain of an employees attitude.....that the employee tells you that they are going to notate the account that , I the customer was being rude..... Is it me or are Gay couples being Mistreated Everywhere in FLORIDA? Katie the blond with glasses was clearly uncomfortable with me and my husband standing in front of her!!! She was extremely flustered and kept getting what we ordered wrong. ....I still tipped her but took it back when she said she was going to write me up!!!! GAYS BEWARE!!! read more

Just left this location and this was the worst experience I've ever had here. There policy use to be just return it if you don't like it. Apparently it has changed and I was unaware, but what I don't need is some little girl Katie insinuating, that I may have stole some thing, and now apparently was trying to return it. Especially when I bought it the old return policy was still in effect. She was extremely rude and sarcastic, but apparently one of the managers?! The take away here is save you receipts and boxes that the product come in and don't bother with Katie because she is nasty. read more

Beware of the little blonde caucasian woman who thinks she owns the company. I came to her for an item exchange and she was extremely rude, luckily I'm never in the mood to argue when i visit. Thanks to her and her horrible attitude i have recently discovered other great dispensaries with competitive products, prices and service who i now happily do business with. After almost a decade of shopping at trulieve, I've discovered a whole new world! (Growhealthy, sunshine cannabis, muv, the flowery, cookies, medmen, surterra, etc.) read more

Every time I go through the drive through, the employees act like they don't even want to be there, as if I in some way am an inconvenience. Not to mention that the drive thru will be closed on any given day at any time without reason, so you can never count on that. I would suggest for a company that already has 2.5 stars for the reviews to get it together and hire some people that actually give off an ounce of an inviting attitude. Every time I come here, it makes me not want to come back. read more

Horrible experience every time. Brand-new Khalifa Kush was already opened when I got into my car to check! Going back now to return it! Not only that the Bud tender was in such a bad mood. He threw all of my items on the table to the point I had to ask for management to see if he was "okay", I a patient, got nervous! The rudeness was like a five-year-old. Threw my items over $150 worth I had to ask the manager to get me a new Trupod in case it was broken! This location either needs to be revamped with the branch manager, or needs to just go all together. Coral Springs is 11/10. Such disrespect! I would never have someone work for my company who's this disturbed. Pray the bud tender has a better day! This review stands -1 Star if I could!!!!!!!! read more

Out of all the Trulieve locations I have been to this place drops the ball. 4 staff on site with just one person taking orders assisting customers. I have been going to and getting TL delivered since I got my MJJ card on my BD in August. I have placed over 30 orders and can only report that these folks have a very unique way of conducting business. They change their specials and pricing on a daily basis and when you place an order for delivery the discounts they offer mostly don't show on the receipt. Then when It gets delivered I'm standing there trying to make a deal with the poor unsuspecting delivery person who just wants to finish shift and bong it up! I have seen lemonade stand run by a 6 year old serve the customer better than Trulieve. Also notice that since the beginning of December TL has been offering less discounts and offers to benefit the patient. "Patient" that's a real joke. Some of the vape cart don't come properly labeled causing me much confusion. TL is in no way run like a medical dispensary should be to benefit suffering patients. I have never received 1 Rx item from a pharmacy that was not properly labeled and identified. This place gets 0 stars and an AVOID if at all possible unless you like getting taken advantage of? read more

Worse location in soflo. Wait times at any time of the day are anywhere between 30mins to an hour even if you placed an order ahead. Flower is always dry to the lint where you can break into dust. This will be my last time using this dispensary they don't respect your time at all and the flower is trash. read more

I almost always order online for delivery. I've just given up on Trulieve as they simply never have anything in stock. I get their twice daily text messages, and I can do an online order of whatever product they are advertising within minutes of gettting a text, and it is nearly always out of stock. That's not even the worst of it. You don't actually know your product is out of stock until you go to check out of the store and are at the very final click to pay part ...when it doesn't go through and you have to scroll up to read the error message. Whoever coded their website is a moron and never looked at it from a user point of view. Try their many competitors in the area. Far better experience, although I will admit Trulieve has better pricing ...however pricing doesn't matter if it is never in stock. read more

I have been a Trulieve Customer for YEARS and this location is the worst.. they make up there own rules and don't stand by or honor the customer.. They have given me EXPIRED product on not 1, not 2, but 3 separate occasions and they know they aren't any good cause of the dates on the products yet they sell them to you anyway.. Don't try to talk to a manager about it, they just deny it and send you out the door to "bring them back" .. Ummm who tf brings back weed?!? Don't waste your time.. the solution is a trash 10% discount!! How is that helping the fact that you sold me a trash ass product?? I use to have issues at the Deerfield location and I changed to this location, but now I realize they are ALL the SAME!!! Again I ask!! Who TF returns weed?? I'm on disability and do not drive!! You want me to PAY for ANOTHER UBER to bring YOU BACK a product that should never have been sold to begin with?!? You gonna pay for the return UBER as well?? Y'all are just ridiculous!! Y'all lost ANOTHER customer and I'm sure I won't be the last!! Trulieve really is the WALMART of dispensaries!! RiSE, MuV and Cookies will get my $$.. y'all ain't shit!! read more

My partner and I have been filling our recommendations at Trulieve for several years now. We recently moved to the Coral Springs area and visit the Tamarac location frequently. This location is top-notch. While it is always busy, they all work very hard to get you in and out (all while providing a fantastic experience). Today, our experience with Tyra W. was next level. She was engaging, informative, funny, courteous, efficient, prompt, and an absolute pleasure. We left with smiles and felt like we had visited a friend. Go to this location. When you visit this location, ask for Tyra W. SHE IS AMAZING!! Thank you, Tyra! Thank you, Trulieve. read more

No real complaints other than they do a poor job of advertising sales. One of the biggest sales of the year is happening I have no jars or pre rolls left on my script. I was there on Monday and no heads up of any kind was given. If I would've known I would have saved what I had. read more
