This is a five star business operated by six star people. I base this on customer service, product knowledge and professionalism. I believe I am qualified to make such a review since I am a Owner and deal directly with the Mega Yacht Community here and abroad. If there are people out there that still believe in the Care Model. Muv - Tamarac has it! Thank you. read more

MUV Dispensary - Everbody needs somebody and we have Muv. Cheers! - Cannabis Clinics Near Me - Tamarac, Florida

Hi! I went to the Tamarac location once and one if the staff members was rude. I tried the Hollywood location today, I was out of meds as of last night, I was too tired after work to stop by since the closest dispensary is at least 30 min from my work. So I looked online and saw the MUV in the Hollywood location opens at 9am. I have to be at work a half hour west of there by 10am so I went this morning to pick up my pre order at 9:00am and the doors are locked. The door says opens at 9:00-am same as online so I call and they tell me that open at 9:30am. I drove a half hour out of my way and now out of meds for a full day until 8:00pm tonight when I get out of work. I will certainly NOT ever go back to MUV again!!!! read more

The establishment is nice and well kept, very much like any other dispensary around town. The guys are very nice and helpful and the selection of flower is usually decent. The oils, I would stick with sunnyside. I've yet to find something I loveee from MUV and it seems like I won't find it since today I found out they work under "all sales are final". I got a product that was priced much better in a different presentation, but I only found out myself after paying for my stuff with the help of one of the guys. When I told the guys the other presentation was a better deal they defaulted to "all sales are final". I am a regular customer coming from Trulieve trying to find my next go to and MUV will definitely not be becoming it. My recommendation is be 100% sure of what you want yourself because the bud tenders although very nice, will upsell you rather than give you more clear line of sight into the deals they got. Also, missed the opportunity to use a coupon with the purchase I made also, only found out after making it. read more

one star because i opened a defective item in the parking lot and immediately brought it in and was gas lit by the manager after the initial employee acknowledged the goo on it. manager said I was scraping it and somehow that's why resin was oozing out of the side? I get it some times products are defective but don't try and tell me I broke it by scraping the goo that's oozing out onto my finger nale to show you. just a warning they will gaslight you if they feel like it read more

MUV is my New go to. Excellent meds and plenty of options! Who doesn't like BOGO's!! I received 60% OFF , for my 1st patient visit!!! Yikes! Word of mouth is the best advertisement, and I'll tell all my 420 friends. Glad you're close, Pompano Beach local! Richard read more

I communicated everything I needed and walked out with the lowest grade medicine. There no way that can be chance. I mean just the way I felt I was being treated only made me looking into the different products you guys carried. Crazy to think I got the opposite of what I was looking for interns or "quality". You guys can really put the custom first not everyone is a cash cow you can up sell Literally guys, come on. I know non of you care how I feel that why I posting this for me and anyone who care about customer service ‍ read more

MUV Dispensary - For me.. This ain't it. stop the cap! Where's the product Name? How am I supposed to look up anything useful? - Cannabis Clinics Near Me - Tamarac, Florida

This place is by far the best dispensary place in South Florida. I come here often and the quality of the product is amazing. The employees are so knowledgeable and really explain everything to you. I love their points program. I recommend them to everyone I know. read more

Was surprised to find that this new location opened a week ago! It is significantly closer to my house than Deerfield. When i first walked in, I was greeted by the kindest people. Mindy was the friendly receptionist at the front that smoothly checked me in. Abby, Jose, Shaviek, Michael, and Marshall were very kind and knowledgeable about the products and gave me lots of recommendations that I will be taking into consideration in the future. Additionally, the interior is so beautiful! It was a smooth transaction and overall awesome experience. MUV never disappoints with their customer service and it is one of the main reasons I will continue to come back to them. Excited to make this my new go-to location! read more

MUV is my go to spot for all my necessities. Always nice and willing to answer all my ridiculous questions. Every person I speak with is knowledgeable and kind. They don't rush you and willing to help. I've been to a few other places and not a fan of the product or customer service. MUV goes above and beyond. read more

The Tamarac location of MUV was awesome. Jose, the bud-tender, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Answered all of our questions and offered great advice. MUV, Where shopping is pleasurable! read more

Great place. Great flower and prices. They always have specials and they're employees really go the extra mile for me which I appreciate.

Just not sure about this location. Deerfield always points me in the right direction. I took a chance on some FL Triangle at low THC % they told me it had 4.5% terps!!! So I gave it a try, I'm so disappointed I wasted money on it. The Ice cream cake has way more flavor, it's hard to believe that this was 4.5% terps. I'll make the trip to Deerfield... no need to help, I'm not looking for anything but good bud. I would stop pushing your special menu on people to get rid of old product. Is not making MUV look good it's night and day diff between the two stores read more

My experience at Muv Tamarac has been. All staff are always friendly and kind and knowledgeable, and staff makes you always feel welcome. I have been to every dispensary in Tamarac, and for me, this store meets both 5 star customer service and 5 star medicine. Staff for me was very knowledgeable about terps and different strains that have helped me have daily relief. As a patient, that's all I can ask for. read more

I just left the newest MUV in Tamarac, What a beautiful store!! Everyone is very friendly! I'm so happy that I don't have to go to Deerfield!! read more

The People in charge of this dispensary can not be trusted They overcharged me , didn't give the discounts on the receipt, gave me the wrong product and when i complained the assistant Manager tried to blame me I have spent a ton of money at this location, tipped Every time and they still thought it was necessary to steal from me I found some other discrepancies in past purchases as well This location should be closed They are without a doubt running a game on customers, it was blatant I would not recommend going here unless it's a small purchase and you check the receipt before leaving , some things get a discount, some don't and this is another way they take advantage Any large orders they are definitely burning the customer , this is supposed to be medical This location makes a mockery of the whole idea THEY CAN NOT BE TRUSTED You have my information, if you're really sincere, feel free to contact me , I have now alerted you twice , and your response is to ask me to visit another site , you really need to do better I understand, even though I spent a lot with you you don't care if I got burned because there's another sucker coming in every day , however when ya burn enough of us word will get out and you will then feel the $$$$$$ losses I am not the only one that has had this issue at this location, you need to do better If you're not interested in keeping good customers, only new customers, that is a terrible business model , and will eventually catch up with you Sincerely A very unsatisfied customer Days later still haven't heard a thing How odd ..... Do not trust this location Deerfield is the Best dispensary I've been to , this location needs new Management at the very least Maybe they need to clean house They're running a SCAM at Tamarac read more

I have been to this Tamarc Mur dispensary 6 or more times and have at least a dozen deliveries frum MUV. As a result my experience with Muv, they are my first chice of medical weed stores. Again my experience about the sales people at all the dispensaries I have visited (a total of 6 stores} is theh\y all have the same range of generally pleasant and helpful prsonality styles. The biggest diference according to me is Muv generally has slightly more potency. read more
