She says she's not going to charge your card and then 5 minutes later she charges it with no doctors appointment. When you request a refund she makes you wait for 3 days. Then we called on Tuesday as suggested all morning and no return call and no answer. Then we went to the location to physically ask for our promised refund no one was there either. We then sent an email per the open sign on the door. She then calls back after 1:30 screaming and yelling with threats at my son, his girlfriend and me. I will be contacting the AG and the registry of cannabis, ACHA and every outlet possible to report her threats and unprofessionalism. Miracle leaf, why do you have thugs working for you being this is supposed to be a medical profession/office. Her threats are taken serious and will be addressed. They entered my new prescription but cancelled my current prescription, and I could not make any purchases for 2 weeks until their new script kicked in. They blame this on the prior location, but I find it hard to believe the old location went on the website and cancelled me with 2 weeks left out of the blue. They refused to correct the issue. Today the new prescription kicked in. I had been approved for a 4.0 exemption and doctor specifically told me she would continue that, but they did not, so I am now back to 2.5. They are demanding that I drop off medical records for their file before they will correct this problem. They are rude and arrogant whenever I have called to correct these issues. Stay away!

I've always chosen Rise over other places because the quality is great and, until recently, the staff has always been kind and helpful. Today was completely different. I called ahead and explained that I do not currently have a car because I was in an accident, and that I was waiting on a Lyft to get there. I was told they would stay open and help me. Then, when I arrived and was literally pulling up, the employees saw me and ran out of the store to their cars. I understand businesses have closing times. What I do not understand is telling a customer you'll wait, being rude and passive aggressive on the phone, and then leaving while watching that customer arrive, especially after I explained my situation. The way this was handled was beyond disappointing and honestly disgusting. Since the previous manager left, the customer service at this location has noticeably gone downhill. I have always loved Rise, but today made me feel completely disrespected as a loyal customer. I hope management takes this seriously, because this is not how frequent customers should be treated.
