Long story short, I left within the year and came over to DOC MJ in Ft. Lauderdale. This location is exactly one hour drive each way from my house and I have no problem with that because of the level of service I receive from Sharron. She is so polite and professional and pays attention to detail like nobody else. She actually makes it a pleasure to come here. As long as she is in this location I will gladly come here. Dr. Tirmal was also very nice and very knowledgeable about the process and getting me all completed and approved. Also he was very knowledgeable about all the different products. I suffer from sever chronic head pain also I have chronic kidney disease, vasculitis's and lupus. He did make it very clear that his advice to me on what he thought would be best for me was his opinion and I did appreciate that because at least it gives me a starting point and I can figure it out from there with what I experience. Believe me I know, I have taken so many medications over the last 9 years and a lot of the time they don't work the way they are supposed too, so you have to make adjustments. I was 10 min late for my 4:45 appointment. When I walked in all I got was eye rolling and attitude. I explained that I was coming from work and there was more traffic than I expected. They started talking to each other about how the scheduling dept. should never put a new patient in at the end of the day. I told them that I already had a card and the Dr said, " I really have to get out of here at 5." I've been through this before and it takes 5min tops. The receptionist said she was calling me all day. When I checked there were two messages. The second one was left for me the first was left for a woman that I don't know. Both messages were meant to get me and the other patient to come in earlier. I finally got what I wanted and in two minutes I was done. They have this policy where you prepay and if you miss your appt then you lose the money. I get that they want to fill the slots but this whole business feels like more of a shakedown than a Dr appt. at least they are cheaper than my first Dr in Miami. About half the price. If you go make sure you are on time or you will lose $169. read more

It was recommended to me by a dear friend of mine to check out this location because of their customer service and streamlined process. I took him up on his advice, now expecting a 5 star experience before I even got there. And, all I can say is... WOW! I would give this location 10 out of 5 stars if I could... Yes - They were that good. I was seen by Dr. Atul Sofat - who was knowledgable, personable, and took the time to make sure all of my questions and concerns were addressed completely. I appreciated his professionalism and his concern in addressing my specific medical needs. With all of that being said, that alone is not even why this location gets 5 stars. The star of the show & the reason for my fantastic experience is Miss SHARON Edwards! Before even taking my third step into the office, Sharon greeted me by NAME & welcomed me in. She was fully informed, prepped, and ready for my appointment with the Doctor. Sharon is clearly the perfect person for that role... as I do not see how anyone could possibly do her job better than she does it?? She listened to me, was extremely knowledgable, and maintained a perfect level of empathy and compassion throughout my entire appointment. To say she was just efficient would be the biggest understatement of 2020. By herself, I witnessed her taking care of 5 different patients, vendors, and phone calls all at the same time.
