This is my favorite store because of their prices and I have always been treated well here.

Bad experience on August 23rd 12-12:30 pm. Employees basically rushed me into walking out of the store! Need to be retrained on proper customer service skills! I don't typically take long to order but I was comparing terpenes and this was a huge rush. read more

I went there 2 times, both times they refused to honor the promotion that was clearly stated at the entrance for first and second timer. False advertising doesn't make for good business. read more

I tried a new type of product (vape-mood) and being a beginner I realized I should stick to my "gummies" as the vape was intense, to say the least... the gummies are better suited with regard to my severe injury (nerve pain; myelopathy) I was not sure about the procedures being a marijuana dispensary so my hopes were not very high (no pun intended) I've come in many times and Lindsey has taken care of me many times and she is sweet as pie every single time, always a pleasure! I was then helped by a supervisor (Rebecca) who went above and beyond for me and was so kind it didn't feel like a normal transaction. I literally left this business feeling better than when I hobbled in (WHEN DOES THAT HAPPEN?) big shout out to these folks and a special THANK YOU to Lindsay & Becky.. you are much more appreciated than you know... read more

I packed and order online at a discount but there was a mix up with corporate and the website on price but the manager was great when out of his way make a phone call and got me the discount . I could see he cared about me his name is Horace and fluent is lucky to have a person as caring has Horace is . Thank you Horace for all your help and caring about a old guy like me read more

The absolute best tender I've ever had at ANY dispensary I've been to. Michael P. In Cocoa fl, Thank you

Bait and switch, for shame! I ordered flower for 20$, but when I got to store they said it had sold out (then why did the system let me order it?). A comparable Indica flower with THC percentages was offered to me at a higher price of $31.50. That is classic bait and switch and is illegal my flower friends. The manager was less than helpful and I left disappointed. I will be taking my business elsewhere, and will be happy to share my experience with my MM friends. read more

They take good care of you especially when it's your first time. Very helpful with questions and what you need to know. Best fluent I've been too. read more

Vidacann was out of my preferred CBD vape yesterday, the Avidekel. So I thought I would give Perla at Fluent (formerly Knox) a whirl. They just opened a Fluent in Coral Springs, maybe 3 months ago, had not been to it yet. They use Jane like everyone else for online ordering. Put in order for 6 Perla vapes for their buy one, get the second 50 percent offer Christmas promotion. They said OK, come get it. I put in the option for curbside. I get there. Christmas Eve. Nobody answers the phone number texted to me when the order was supposedly fulfilled. I walk in. Very busy, tons of people waiting. I give them my card. I tell them I am going to wait outside. I walk outside and chill. I wait 30 minutes. Nobody comes out. I walk in. 3 people who were AFTER me get seen first. I walk out again. Wait another 20 mins. Come back in. "Hey, we are ready for you". Never mind this was an online fulfill, come to the car specified. They don't have a dedicated car dropoff space like VidaCann has. I get to the counter "Oh, I am sorry, we only have THREE." What? The Jane system allows me to order six, it sends an order confirmation the order is eady for pickup and packaged but now you don't have enough product. Okay, sir, can you charge me for six, with the buy one, get the other at the 50 percent off Christmas offer, and I will rain check the other three? "No" Okay, can you give me at least the third one at 50 percent as a customer courtesy, and let me know next week when the rest come in? "No" Long story short, paid full price for two carts, got one cart at half price. They don't know what they are doing, they do not report inventory to Jane accurately, and they are incompetent in terms of customer service and building loyalty. I'm mildly annoyed VidaCann ran out of Avidekel, but they never pull stuff like this. Sorry Fluent. Never going back. The name change has not improved your reputation. To think how hard we fought to get a dispensary into Coral Springs and we ended up with this. read more

Being my first time there, Shelita took such good care of me from the moment I walked in. She was very knowledgeable and was able to provide me with great recommendations on products that would suit what I was looking for. I will definitely be back to the FLUENT Deerfield Beach location for my future needs! read more

I was really excited to try this place over the Memorial Day weekend as they're prices are kind of high and the sales were really good. I wasn't terribly impressed with their flower. Really had no smell or taste. Smoked really well, but not sure it would be worth they're normal prices. read more

I went to fluent cannabis of Coral Springs for the first time. I asked them if they give first responders the same discount as military? Their response was military deserves it more than we do. I am a 911 survivor a New York City firefighter/paramedic retiree. I've been saving lives for the last 25 years now I'm retired. I am injured and I have seizures from a brain injury during the 9/11 attacks. I find this to be a disgrace and a insult to all first responders. Please make this change. read more

Fluent - Bling Bling 24% THC. Nice hard hit. Lasts long, really helps - Cannabis Clinics Near Me - Coral Springs, Florida

Excellent dispensary. Product is phenomenal. Great sales sand promotions. First time customer gets 50%off.

I understand today is 4/20 and they are busy but it is a 45 minute wait even though you order online for a pick up. I was told I can come back to get it tomorrow. That does little good for me today when I specifically picked a pick up time on my order and confirmed. I was here a couple days ago and no computer systems/internet so also couldn't get an order that day. Overall a bit disorganized and very slow. There are currently people waiting outside that have been there over 40 minutes. Please tell me the purpose of offering online ordering and offering a pick up window if you can't and don't plan to honor it? Also my online order from a few days prior for pickup in the morning they sent me a text at 9:30 pm telling me it is now ready to be picked up even though they were closed read more

Love this place!!!! Only been there a couple times but the staff has been great, helpful and knowledgeable about the products

Ask for Tiera "TeTe"; they are amazing! Having recently moved to the area, this was my first visit to Fluent. Tete was extraordinarily welcoming and helpful, answered all of my questions and went over each of my selections. I felt valued and important. I didn't feel hurried or rushed. I will be back, and I will surely be back when TeTe is working. Thank you, TeTe! Thank you, Fluent! read more

Horrible experience every time I gave them a chance. Beyond poor customer service, lack of communication, a bit arrogant... FLUENT!!!! You're in the "healthcare" business act like it!! Clean, quiet, and modern. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Checkout process is easy, and they regularly have sales and specials. I also personally love their logo and branding, and it's consistent throughout the store, down to the seat cushions in the waiting room. The products are also of high quality, and I especially love the flower products sold here. read more

I have been to a couple different dispensaries so far in south Florida and this place here has by far the driest crappiest product I have seen and to top it all off their employees provide no help and likes to catch an attitude. save your money and go to rise or a different place for your medicine read more

This is by far my favorite dispensary. looking for pens with great taste? flower at the right price? Rep lied and said im past due on my renewal and i have 150+ days left unprofessional i wish i got his name

Great customer service and help if you are unsure what products to get. They have great knowledge and recommendations!!

This is the most welcoming and well run dispensary I've been too. I have consistently received excellent customer service. I have visited 3 times at different times. Even on weekends there is hardly any wait. They make me feel comfortable to ask questions and are very helpful and actually listen to what I am looking for. I have been impressed enough to review them because they're doing it right. Today I was helped by Raul and he was very attentive and easy to work with. I look forward to returning soon! read more

Checked out this dispensary for the first time yesterday. Good parking, clean and modern dispensary. No one was at the front desk so cool, no problem I can wait. The door to the back was propped open so anyone can just walk back there, but whatever. I came to by a cart. They were advertised at 1 gram for 45 or .5 gram for 20 each I asked the guy why they were priced that way. He had no idea and couldn't tell me. I ended up getting two .5 grams for 40 dollars instead of 1 gram for 45. Because why pay 5 dollars more ? Just didn't seem to make sense. I still got my 1 gram for 40 dollars. Just had to buy them differently. Got 2 flavors. I love the cart. The flavor is by far the best I've ever had. Very happy with my purchase. read more

Wonderful customer service. Very clean, quiet and very inviting!! Staffs are super knowledgeable and friendly.

I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the place, and the safeguards they took to give each person a private and covid-safeguarded experience. Kiara was our consultant and she was very professional and informative. I had lots of questions! The only one she was unsure about was answered almost immediately because she went into their data and found the information I needed. I would definitely recommend Fluent! read more

Very cool place great inviting open spaces great looking bud and Raul my budtender was very informative and interested in helping me

The products are great but get ready to wait. The employees do take there sweet time taking care of people so have 30-45 minutes disposable to sit there and wait but finally when you get attended, the products are good. read more

Wish I could review but their internet was down on April 26th and I couldnt pick up my order after an hour drive. So this is my review about my visit and will definitely update once I get a chance to actually try the location out. I wanted to try this one since my closest one is about 35 min in another direction and they all seem to have different merch and different discounts, so like I said tho after an hour driving their system was down which was a bummer. Good thing there is another location just 20 minutes away so I got a chance to check them out which was my favorite experience so far so things happen for a reason. read more

This review is based on a couple of things that went very wrong during my first visit/attempted visit. I saw they closed at 8pm and it was just after 7 so I called twice to make sure before I drove 35 minutes from downtown ft lauderdale. No answer and the answering service they use closes at 7pm(1 hour before the store actually closes). So I headed over and got to the store at 7:42 and was turned away because the nice gentleman at the window said they were not taking any more walk ins. So my very first experience ended in a double failure. Very disappointed. No business should have an answering service that closes before the business. And they should list their actual phone number. This is a disservice to the customer. read more
