A parent (unfortunately) banks at Citi so I've been roped into dealing with this sorry excuse for a bank. You have to make an appointment for almost any transaction. When you make an appointment you may have to wait anyway. They tell you they will call to follow up and never do. They have limited staff so be prepared to wait. Perhaps I am spoiled because I bank at another institution and I can easily walk in and accomplish what I need to do with friendly, courteous service. The ATM is next to the teller window the great thing i do love about PNC in general is that you can get smaller bills from the ATM you can withdraw in multiples of $1 which comes in handy because when you go to places where you need smaller bills to tip it's easier thank asking to break a $20. I should be asked if the check is valid. BTW when he writes a check or makes a large purchase, they don't call me to validate the transaction.
