I filled a dispute a year and a 1/2 ago. Everytime I follow up it's like starting from scratch. I have sent the same dispute form 4 times. Just when I thought I was getting somewhere I got told the company they used for disputes changed. It's comical at this point. Keep records of everything because trust me they won't! Beware if you do have any credit lines with them that go past due they will withdraw the funds from your checking account without your knowledge to get your "attention". In today's climate I am shocked this is normal practice for an institution designed to help people. If you want to worry about your money 24-7 then create an account with Apple. I am taking every penny I have in my account and never looking back.

Today, I got Johnny who, between singing his songs, made me feel like he was doing me a favor. I'm glad he was happy, but for me, his singing was irritating. In response to my request he could have spoken to me in a more professional way instead of as if I was a burden and he would have to go out of his way to assist me. I did get what I wanted, but it was NOT a pleasant experience. I'm a customer. I don't know your rules, or what's in your cash drawer.
