I had my mortgage setup as an auto deduct which saved an extra 1% on the APR . Last week I got a msg that my payment was late and call such and such a number . A rude woman on the phone demanded not only November's payment but Decembers also, paid thru a Suntrust credit card which I don't have. I sent in a msg thru bill pay trying to find out how they could lose their own payment . Seems this particular account is paid thru USPS and not a magnetic strip ! After dealing with several Indians (the continent) who are obviously reading off a script I gave up . I'm currently on holiday . When I can return I'm going to the nearest SunTrust branch to rectify this . Be careful of what you trust thses people to do !

Having fulfilled my lease 5 yr term lease I was issued a security deposit refund from the realty company. The realty company is very well known, Kimco Realty, listed on the NYSE (KIM) as a REIT. The check is drawn on JP Morgan Chase Bank, also well known. How difficult could it possibly be via these two institutions to verify a check? This is day 4 of closing down my account and thus my not having access to ANY of my money. NOT just the check funds, ALL of my money.
