No need to go through many recordings to talk to someone on the other side of the world. They are very sweet and try to help walk me through whatever my issues have been. The app has a large delay , is glitchy and allows double transfers so you don't know if your transfer has been processed or not. On one occasion the amount transferred twice and my account went into the negative . Instead of apologizing the bank called and scolded me for transferring money to a different bank implying I had to keep all my money there. It's my money I can do what I want with it . My wife, Child and my parents have accounts here because we liked the idea that it was a community bank but the only community you will feel is a angry woman harassing you for not keeping a minimum balance you were never informed was expected.

Safe haven for the coin novice…read more I inherited a bag full of silver coins of different nomination and age and not having any experience in the field of coin collection, it seemed like a daunting task to figure out how access the value. After a bit of searching and calling around we found ENC and connected with Anthony, owner of the store. We plunked down our bag of coins and Anthony was fantastic! He took us through the process and ended up spending hours with us patiently sorting through the coins, accessing each one and picking those out with greater value and together we made a detailed inventory. He treated us fairly and came up with good price and we walked out feeling great. I can highly recommend this business!
