I am moving to Florida and tried to set up a joint account with my wife who is still in Indiana, although I had a comprehensive financial power of attorney on 4 different times they asked me to change things in the document and at the end told me it was not good because changes were made after the date of documents creation. My lawyer said that they apparently don't have anyone in their legal department with any legal background, and told me to ask them " which part of Modify they did not understand" told me to ask them to look up the definition. Lol. Becky my banker apparently has an ax to grind I don't know with who or why but I apparently fall into that category. Save yourself the headaches and go someplace else unless you are looking for punishment.

Was greeted warmly and she readily complied with my request. Sold, no hassle just friendly customer service. I then asked about opening a checking account. She responded professionally and alerted the appropriate person. The manager greeted me, introduced herself and explained a customer swap due to expertise and then introduced me to the person who would open my account. Again all professional and friendly. BEST PART - Most favorable terms of all the banks I researched in Bradenton. Low amount needed to open and maintain the account. Online statements waives the $2 monthly fee. Plus free use of other ATM's as long as it's part of a network which they clearly explained. Very pleased with my initial experience and don't expect things to change.
