Both times we had a wait, because Amy was Busy with other customers. The tellers came out behind the counter. The one noticed we waited for a bit and then came and motorized our paperwork. It awesome they have more than one notary and hire such professional friendly people. I would recommend this branch to anyone. It's the one in front of the small publix on the corner of chin and 301. Thank you. The entire branch staff were amazing, it was clean and they made a very stressful time. My 83 yr old mom.... very comfortable with closing on a condo she lived in for half her life. They even helped with the call to social security to transfer her money from one account to the other. Amazing!!!!'

I had my two younger kids (5&2) with me and while I was at the teller counter, they were in the sitting area. Long story short, my two year old made a mess of business cards and flyers. Just had an overall amazing experience. Thank you Christopher!

My health was failing and I asked them because my car kept getting canceled I kept getting locked…read moreout of them online my phone kept getting stolen and number ported and they refused to stop my phone from being able to charge the accounts they refused to block any online access due to identity theft they refuse to freeze my account when I asked them to and only allow my paycheck to go into it because my health was failing and I couldn't take it anymore after 35 cards canceled and reordered without my knowledge or consent nothing red flags I was paralyzed in the neck down and over 80 grand was stolen out of my money market account but not by me buying a personator probably my sister who has all the credentials to do so the bank is neglectful when it comes to their clients they never even investigate it they told me oh too too much time is went by to report the frog 60 days well I was paralyzed it was physically impossible to report the fraud at that time but it wouldn't happen if they would have froze it when I said my health is failing before my emergency surgery where I was going to become incapacitated and unable to make any legal decisions for myself for over 30 days I had medical forms to prove so but how come they were checks being cast lost my account drained money constantly being wired and yet nobody does anything not red flag it not say oh wow this seems like suspicious activity we should stop and freeze the account like this mom said to ask but no they did not you know what they had to that Branch said over there at Lakewood ranch he said we are a bank we can't do that well I'm sorry it's my last of my knowledge is I thought when you have a bank account I thought Banks were supposed to hold your money and keep it safe I thought that's why you have a bank account so why would he not freeze my account when I ask him to and only allow my check to come in until I'm in sound and mine in good health to come back into that particular bank and we get my account going no nothing nothing fucking at all they did nothing except let my entire account can be drained and money being wired everywhere why would I wire money to cash app and then wire it to another account just wire to another account and then what's wrong my money nobody would fucking do that but they allowed it them answers nobody investigate anything nobody would help me they all refused and when I got into the other bank over there in Pinellas county the same thing the lady started talking in tongues on somebody with the phone she's like well you know I think it's to take these documents back home and go back over and make sure this really is all fraud really every time they sent me back home so they made sure that I was sent back home so many times that it was being impossible to get my money back they are liars they need to be audited those fuckers stole My money they stole my God damn money and then refused to report it on their end there is supposed to mandated remake a report and investigate within 10 days after you say there's fraud and that's not what she did they both turn me away when I had a new card ordered you know what they did they gave me back an old a different car that didn't work and kept my original new car today just printed kind of funny huh and then I saw notice that there are more transactions I don't live in Pinellas county I've never been to New York I don't go to Disney I don't have a Costco account I've never ever been able to go online since opening the account and been successful during Christmas time I couldn't order packages my cards my accounts for being accessed and fully controlled by another person and because I was physically incapable of getting into the bank to report because I couldn't drive their parents are controls but on my device so I couldn't get an Uber because of these thieves tried to call the cops found out that they're corrupt and Pinellas county several cops arrested now I know why they wouldn't help me then now I know I was set up to go to jail cuz all those parties were all involved in stealing from me and not one fucking person help me I was handicapped I'm making sure I know anybody who's handicap or is sld like me do not trust this fucking bank these people are fucking crooks and they will steal from you especially if you are mentally slow they will definitely steal from you my sister even admitted that some of the boys steal but she doesn't do it yeah right how would you know about you're a manager of a bank and some people steal and you don't you're not partaking in it but you don't do anything really inside Job these fuckers are thieves and liars they drained my fucking money market it drained my checking and they drained my savings somebody ordered a driver's license in my name and had it to my ass while I couldn't physically go to the mailbox so whoever got it at full access to my account they refused to help me this is the worst bank you could ever Branch with cuz they did not help when
