It seemed like she was unhappy from the moment I arrived. Marilo then told me that I booked the wrong service and said I needed a color correction instead of the all-over color I requested. I said that's fine, and asked for dark brown, but we ended up disagreeing because she wanted to dye my hair black. My hair is dark brown, not black. When I asked how we could achieve the brown color I wanted, she said I needed to highlight my entire head, which confused me and made me feel like she was trying to charge me more. It wasn't just this conversation that was off-putting; it was the entire interaction; she was abrasive and extremely rude. Not just "direct" like some people have mentioned in reviews, Direct I can handle, this was inappropriate and very odd. I was just in complete disbelief, that she would talk to me this way. During the conversation, she kept interrupting me and wouldn't let me speak, which I found really frustrating and rude. I don't feel comfortable having someone with this kind of attitude work on my hair, so I left. Unfortunately, I did not do my due diligence beforehand, but other people have expressed these same issues, isn't the point to get more clients instead of driving them away with complete lack of tact?
