My husband and I did our first float last night. It was a different experience than either of us have ever had. The staff is amazing and the environment is very serene. They invite you to take off your shoes, love it! They give a tour, love it! They explain everything to you very patiently and kindly, love it! When it was done they were there to listen about our experience and answer questions, love it! They have an oxygen bar and offer warm tea and water after your float. They do not rush you in or out. It is a true gem of an experience. The place is absolutely pristine and smells wonderful. The float itself was very beneficial after mere minutes, for both of us. Pain free for the first time since I was 16. I can't exclaim enough about how wonderful I feel the day after. I slept like a baby and today I am still pain free, well rested, and refreshed! I went in on a recommendation. I tried it and I am a big proponent now of this type of therapy! I am very claustrophobic, meaning, I am very nervous in enclosed areas. I followed instructions and I was asleep within minutes! I went in with some hip pain, after the one hour float, I was in another mind set and the hip pain in now gone. I cannot speak for everyone, but it has done wonders in one visit. I plan on going every 2 weeks now. It's simply mind boggling how I felt when I left. Nay sayers, let Kelly, her beautiful studio, staff, and fabulously similar Little Mermaid pods change your mind! I came in serrrrriously nervous, the idea of being in an enclosed space had me nerve wracked. BUT! You watch a short video describing all you can expect and how to have the best experience possible. The rooms are beautiful, you have a personal shower, in a magnificently tiled room to yourself. Once I was in the pod, I instantly become comfortable, and decided to go for it! Closed the pod lid, turned off the lights, and just floated away the stress. I found myself doing a yoga-y float, stretching, breathing deeply, and adored it. Then you shower off, and Kelly really wanted to know about my experience and heard me out completely. And the best part? I am not a dreamer, I sleep very lightly, and wake up feeling tired. Yet I'm thrilled to repeat, I dreamt the next two nights, and woke up feeling relaxed, and my digestion even was positively affected. I cannot say enough about this new gem. NOW FRESNO! TRY IT OUT! For sanitary reasons do not go to this spa. I made my float appointment in January. I have been hesitant to write this because I have been coming to this spa for several months. The last time I came I booked my appointment as usual, upon arrival I was greeted and given the slippers. The group before mine arrived late to theirs which took time off mine but I was ok with it because I would be given extra time. When going into my room, I noticed the awful stench of urine, I didn't think of it much. I began getting ready for the shower and took off my slippers, when stepping on the floor the floor was sticker than normal. I knew this was different compared to previous times, when lifting my foot was when I saw the urine dripping from my foot. I was beyond mad and contacted Elle at the front desk. Elle gave me a new room and blamed it on poor cleaning by them. I was given a new room and everything was going fine, but upon entering the float and beginning my session I noticed something odd there were strands of hair in the float tank. Several hairs were found floating around me, I was disgusted and decided to get dressed and leave. When grabbing one of their trowels I noticed hair on the towel as well as stains. I complained to Elle and she used the excuse of poor cleaning but never offered a refund or discount for the awful experience I endured. I have contacted the department of safety and health for California to look into this spa. This spa is unsanitary and I would suggest all of you avoid going until further health inspections are taken. read more

Got my float on for the first time today, it was awesome!!! The employees were very nice and the place is nice and clean. The pods are roomy and have cool lighting and relaxing music. They have a relaxing post-pod room with cucumber water and tea with an oxygen bar with four scents. The only drawback to this very cool place is that it's expensive $$$$$!!!! The introductory session was $39, however, all follow up sessions are $79!!! That's out of my league for a great one hour experience!!! I would go back regularly if the price was lower. read more
