My sister surprised my boyfriend and I with this awesome gift! She knew how badly I needed to distress and detox. And wow, this was a wonderful experience! Sean was so welcoming and made us feel very comfortable and was informative. One hour later, I walked out having spent my time floating, all of my tension melted away. The epsom salt pulled a lot of toxins out of my body and I felt renewed. Highly recommend this place! read more

I floated first time while on a trip to Santa Cruz. Coming back to Fresno i immediately looked for a float center and sure enough I found Float Fresno. Float Fresno is amazing spot right near Tower District. The hosts put me at ease instantly and their facility is top notch. If your at all interested in floating- do it! And do it at Float Fresno. read more

Love this place! Super clean and private. The float tank has a tall ceiling, which helps with that claustrophobic feeling. I was amazed at how great my neck and shoulders felt afterwards. I will definitely do this again. Especially in the winter time. It was a bit warm for summer, however, the results were totally worth it. So relaxing. read more

My first float!Amazing experience! I meditate frequently and really enjoy the presence it gives me in my life. Floating in this sensory deprivation tank is as good and In some instances even better. The peace and serenity I gained from it was equal to that of a retreat I had, 15 days in the mountains of Santa Cruz meditating multiple times a day! It was very clean and relaxing and just an overall tranquil experience. The owner was very professional and you could sense the peace he has gained from utilizing the tanks himself! Highly recommended can't wait to go back for my next float! read more

Looking for an Epson salt float tank in Fresno to aid my aching muscles, overworked by not acting my age on the job site, I came across this Yelp listing and was pleased. Chris introduces me to the brand new walk in tub he had set up and running excellently. For you who don't know Magnesium salts AKA Epson Salt have a long history of healing aches and pain. Some prefer the bottle weather it is Tylenol, Advil etc., my doctor turned me on to floating. It relieves and restores frayed nerves and muscles while using the bodies largest organ, our skin. The theory is by floating on over a ton of dissolved magnesium salt there is an exchange of old tired electrons and electrolytes. It's been years since I've studied chemistry but I know it's the Magnesium in our bodies that does the heavy lifting and I know, like a car battery, it's easier to keep it charged up than replace it. That's not all, before I get into the tank it is filtered energized and heated so I get to float in total darkness throughout my session. There is a nice clean Shower set up before I enter and another one when I'm done. Sixty minutes alone with my thoughts, 360 breaths or 4320 heartbeats, makes it easy to find a light within read more

I came in for the first time not sure what to expect but the gentleman in the office was very welcoming and explained his whole setup. Everything is clean and shower, towels, shampoo and body wash are available. The experience was something vet unique and I won't do it justice by explaining it. Overall a very positive experience and one I would definitely repeat. The only complaint is that it's a little too chilly when you get out. The cool air can be very bracing after an hour in sensory deprivation. read more

I have friends who float & swear by it so I decided to give it a whirl! I am currently 35 weeks pregnant so the pressure/pains I've been feeling are something fierce. I floated for one hour today & haven't felt this good in a very long time. To be able to lay on my back without feeling any pressure anywhere, was truly amazing. I felt like I was able to connect with my baby too! I was actually able to feel/hear my pulse & hear her heartbeat as well. It was seriously an unforgettable experience & I will be back. I felt extremely refreshed afterwards. The owner, Sean, was super welcoming & answered all of my questions beforehand. Hands down, one of the coolest things I've done in my 29 years of existence :-) read more

I have no complaints aside from the price.. I would be a weekly user if it wasn't going to break the bank :( The float labs in LA cost $40 for 2 hours read more

Fantastic! We were given some sessions as a gift and before we used them, we went down to check the place out. Its tucked back in and not right on the street so go a bit early your first time. There is a shower to clean up before and after the session. Everything is very roomy and if one is concerned about claustrophobia, don't let that stop you from trying this out! I'd recommend leaving the tank door open. I realize that's not sensory deprivation, but it would still be a good float. This place is clean and relaxing. I had a great session! My body relaxed and I felt my spine expand. It was a great place to be alone and have peace and quiet. Afterwards I was given a bottle of water, which was greatly appreciated. read more

Don't let the location deceive you. It was a phenomenal experience. As a Sport Psychology consultant / ultramarathon runner / Health & Wellness Instructor, it's safe to say I am always keen to try any of the latest innovations related to performance / health. I went a couple weeks ago and it exceeded expectations. Sean has it dialed. If you haven't been there, you're missing out. If anything, skip the Netflix and try the one-hour session. It's 100% worth it. read more

This place was amazing. Highly highly recommend. Some people like me do not meditate and this was so relaxing. You just have to let go and when you do, it's an amazing experience. I had to see what all the hype was about. It was a great experience. The only regret was that I didn't do 90 minutes. It took me a long time to relax. I would highly suggest newbies do 90 minutes to get the full experience. I will definitely be back. read more

My boyfriend and I drove about 3 hours to visit Float Fresno and found it very worth while. At first I was nervous to be in such a vulnerable state somewhere I've never been before but as soon as I stepped in the door all my worries were erased. The venue is very clean while remaining warm and inviting. The owner, Sean, is wonderful and informative. Their prices are definitely the best you will find. Most importantly the floating experience is unbeatable. If you are on the fence about trying it or just can't find the "right time" DO IT! It is beneficial in so many ways. Even after just one float my anxiety was almost non existant for quite a while afterwards and has been easier to manage ever since. I forgot what it felt like to live in a relaxed body until i visited Float Fresno. I cannot wait to make my way back and wish I could afford to make the drive more regularly. read more

Amazing customer service and a very clean space. Would recommend to anyone needing a relaxing quiet "me" time.

As a first time floater; this was an incredible experience. From the owner to the float itself; everything was top notch! Impeccable cleanliness, kindness and service. If the float itself doesn't rejuvenate you (it will!!) the genuine sincerity and goodness that radiates from the gentleman that owns it is enough to give you a refreshing reminder of what human decency is. If you're wondering if you should go, stop wondering and do yourself the favor. Your body and mind will thank you and it won't break the bank either. You can't lose here! read more

Great service, warming environment and the benefits of floating alone are worth it!! I enjoyed a few 2 hour sessions

I just want to say how awesome my first float was, it's quite indescribable but I left feeling so clear minded it was almost like a therapy session with my mind, so crazy! I felt like I was living a dream, the vision we're so real! Jason was super nice and gave some good tips for having a comfortable experience. He also suggested 2 hours instead of 1 which I'm really glad I took his advice. I live out of town but visit Fresno about 1x per month and I can see myself floating when I'm in town. read more
