I have been working with Josh for close to a year now and have nothing but praise for him as both a coach and mentor -- I have gotten more insights and practical steps to take from him than from any therapists or counselors from the past. If you are feeling stuck, stressed out or overwhelmed (feeling overwhelmed was my ongoing specialty!), Josh has so many tools to offer you to put things in perspective and move past your obstacles. Other psychologists and therapists have always been a great help, but I never knew the power of an ADHD coach, like Andrew, because he specifically addresses you as an individual with ADHD. When he frames things from the ADHD perspective it helps you really tap into your gifts and your hidden potential, and turn inward to love the person that you are. Being trapped in negativity and trauma was just a circumstantial position I was in, but Andrew really helped me to see the light in myself and turn to my passions as valuable traits to the world, to others, and to my family. We usually set up a weekly video chat and he was able to work with my schedule, even when it shifted. He's incredibly understanding, supportive, and speaks from a place of wisdom. It's so nice to be able to relate to an individual who struggled with ADHD themselves, and utilized powerful tools to reframe their thinking.
