I didn't sign up for the snow removal service, but those guys were always on top of any snow removal for the neighbor. After I signed up, another neighbor signed up with Todd's based on what I had to say and the results they saw. The people who bought the house from me requested to know what service was handling the property and they also chose to stick with Todd's Mow N Plow from what the owner told me before the house closed. There were a couple times I was accidentally a couple weeks behind as a bill would get lost in the shuffle of paperwork while I was traveling. My lawn was never damaged by "weed killer"? The crews working on my house traveled in 2 trucks. I can't see a business owner losing tons of money to send multiple trucks, waste product, and pay employees to commit crimes to damage a non-paying customer's yard. Todd's Mow N Plow was friendly, timely, did a nice job, worked quickly and billed more than reasonably. 2 years after I moved, I'm recommending my mom to use the lawn service. That says it all, doesn't it?

As a single gal now having to take care of a two acre lawn, I needed help. This was my first time hiring out lawn care services. Being naive and not sure what to expect, I had many questions. Korri took time to explain the services and worked with me to schedule a two hour service as I had limited funds, being currently furloughed from my job. They were flexible and accommodating as I rescheduled due to a conflict. Two men arrived and went right to work. There was some confusion on what to focus on, I should have stated when scheduling. After some redirection the guys worked quickly. Not realizing how powerful their blowers and equipment are I wished I secured or removed items (signs, gutter spouts, lawn ornaments, light furniture...) from the lawn. A few items got damaged, but after a few exchanges, C&K resolved the issue. Chris worked hard to get as much done as possible; my yard would have taken 5-6 hours to completion. I did extend another hour and glad I did. They did an amazing job considering what they had to work with. I would hire them again now that I know what to expect.
