Told me to take pictures for my own benefit and I got 29 units of Dysport onto my forehead. I plan to go back as we discussed working across smile lines and eyes.

She paused than she says I have to PAY a deposit for my next appointment because I cancelled the last one. When I expressed I didn't cancel anything you gave me no indication you had two different locations. she cut me off and said "well that's fine the deposit is 50 dollars". Extremely unprofessional. Since I heard this clinic has a good deal on kenalog injections I paid the deposit . Literally on the day of my appointment she cancels saying I can not get my injections because the nurse is sick. She than gives me the date she initially gave me the first time she called me. Seems pretty clear to me she lied about sooner availability to snatch a deposit out of me.

The spa itself and rooms are aesthetically pleasing and the rooms are incredibly clean as one would expect at a high-end spa. I've been to many spas and been going for facials for years and this is one of the most relaxing and professional places I've been to. I underwent a series of CO2 laser treatments, including fractional laser on my cheeks, for my icepick acne scars between 2022 and 2023. Unfortunately, my experience was highly disappointing. Despite spending over $6,000 on 6 sessions and additional mandatory treatment skincare products, the results did not meet expectations. This was extremely disheartening in the end, as the procedure itself was extremely painful, requiring a full week of downtime after each session. TREATMENT: During my treatments, I noticed inconsistencies in the care provided. While Ina, the technician responsible for most of my sessions, did take her time during less busy appointments, I noticed she would rush through sessions when her schedule was packed. Given that EACH session cost around $1,000 for 50 minutes of treatment time, I expected a more consistent level of care. I understand it's a business, but for the cost, a little more attention and respect to the patient should have been given... I strongly believe there is a chance that I did not get the results I was told by the staff I would get, because of the lack of attention actually given during the treatments. CUSTOMER SERVICE: After 3x initial sessions, I was advised in December 2022 to undergo an additional 3, with the clinic CONFIDENTLY promising me a 60% reduction in the appearance of my scars. Unfortunately, after completing all 6 sessions, I saw little to no improvement (less than 10%). Rather than addressing my concerns with empathy, Ina and the front desk staff attempted to sell me more sessions, which was disheartening, considering the financial and emotional investment I had already made. Overall, this experience gave me the impression that the clinic prioritizes profit over patient care. Considering the pain, time, and significant cost involved, I expected a higher standard of professionalism, bedside manner, and customer service. At Q Esthetics, they have different cleansers and serums for different skin types. A few days before my facial, I had an allergic reaction that made half my face break out in a pimple like rash. I was slightly nervous the serum would make the rash a bit worse. The technician inspected my skin and told me I should be okay. She used two serums on my face. She used one for the breakouts on my rash and a hydrating one on the rest of my face. It's been two days and my skin looks great! The Silk Peel is supposed to give you a nice glow that lasts. My skin is glowing and I didn't break out from the facial. I am definitely a believer and will return for another Silk Peel Facial. As I was leaving, I was sent home with a goody bag (seen in the photos) including a sample of their medical grade cleanser, moisturizer, sunscreen (they know I go swimming a lot), a thank you card, eye cream and a foundation.
