The trailer dropoff was prompt, they answered all my questions on the spot and made sure I was good to go. After we had filled it, I wasn't even awake for the pickup itself. They were that quick and unintrusive. As far as the trailer itself, it was perfect for my residential needs. Sturdy, stable block-stops even on an inclined driveway, and held all the furniture and junk we were getting rid of. This service could get by for construction sites, but I think where they'll really shine are any contractors working at residential/homes, office sites, or real estate companies looking for estate cleanup disposals. 10/10. If I didn't clean everything this time, I'd definitely use them again in the future. We conducted a community Fire Hazard Mitigation project in our neighborhood, reducing the "ladder…read morefuel" (excess tree limbs) from several residential properties. Rather than individually haul the tree waste to the dump (many residents making many runs individually), we hired Shaver Dumpster Rental & Hauling to perform the removals. I found Shaver on Google, called Christian (Owner/Operator), and advised him of what we needed. Not only did he answer the phone himself, on the first or second ring, he was polite & professional and created a positive "first impression" over the phone. He offered helpful suggestions for cost savings and made himself available for whatever dates we chose. On the day/week of our community project, Christian arrived and unloaded the dumpsters at our two separate locations. We (our neighborhood) completed our project early, and Christian returned immediately to pick up the containers. His fast response saved us additional money. Lastly, he compared various dump sites and chose the one that was best for us, the customer (the one that was both professional and reasonably priced). We (our community) were very impressed with Shaver: Professional; Clean Equipment; Respectful of our neighborhood; Flexible (altering his plans so that it benefited us) and his final invoice was exceptionally fair. Mike from MBR was contacted initially to seal my grout and after they started the work, he found…read morethat there was existing issues with the previous installation. He asked if I wanted him to look further and I said "yes" There ended up being a catastrophic amount of damage from an incorrectly installed roof that I got last summer which had resulted in a majority of the master bathroom having extensive water damage. Mike agreed to help me with getting everything fixed, essentially kick-starting his solo efforts as a general contractor and got his appropriate licensing and bonding to work as such in an individual capacity. He performed emergency coverage tasks on the roof during extreme weather to attenuate ongoing damage and ended up needing to gut and replace the entire master bathroom. Mike organized and subcontracted to experts for each specialized task including plumbing (all of the old plumbing in the walls was done incorrectly and would not last longterm) and large-scale tiling (Mike's father is a master tiler and it absolutely shows in the amazing work), always keeping me aware of any changes to the ongoing bill. While the task did end up being more than the initial grout cleaning, the full rebuild of my master bathroom was a significantly better value than other quotes I heard. The quality is masterwork and my wife loves it, and isn't THAT what really matters? It took several months to complete the job, due to always finding something else that the previous builders had done wrong or not at all; but now I have a master bathroom that I will not ever need to worry about. I will be hiring Mike again for my contracting needs.
