I know, makes me sound like an old guy, which I am, but still these two very young people with absolutely zero boating knowledge provided absolutely zero help. At least the young man stayed to listen to me ask questions which he couldn't answer, while the young woman simply walked away as I approached. I never write bad reviews but I cannot emphasize enough how terrible this experience was. We booked a boat for a bachelorette party two months in advance and had a very clear plan. A driver called the day before to review the itinerary and said they did this every day. We had a driver who had to stay on the phone with "captain Todd" the entire ride because he had NO IDEA where he was going or what he was doing. We were told we would go to a beach. instead, the driver attempted to beach the boat and drifted into other boats with children close by. We had to leave the area. He continually drove over fishing lines as people got very angry due to his close proximity to every boat we saw. Then, HE GOT LOST taking us back. Instead of an expected 45 minute boat ride back to the dock, he went the wrong direction and it took 2.5 hours to return. The driver asked we help him while we dock the boat and he told my friend to 'throw the rope on the second pole' . He rammed into the dock and my friend was launched into the water. She is scraped up and could've been ran over. I was also promised a speaker. The speakers did not work and we were lost in the ocean with complete silence. Now, the owners will not call me back or give me a refund.
