No problem we said. Low and behold, the morning of the trip we get the call. "I have an emergency, can we reschedule?" Needless to say I just canceled. I'm not sure what he has going on as this happened to me this week, my father-in-law last week and 90% of the other reviewers on Yelp here. Suggestion to the owner, If you plan on keeping business then get your act together! If not then don't waste people's time!! Fortunately he did return my $120 deposit (still need to confirm that it went back on my credit card) all I have is an email, no money yet. Unfortunately the Groupon I purchased for $250 that was supposed to go towards this trip is not getting returned due to Groupon policies!! Not ever buying from there again! Thanks captain/owner!! My friend was going to order snacks but Donna offered to handle that instead and as I said already, she covered it all beautifully. My friend mentioned how great Donna was with communication. We floated, saw so many dolphins, and generally just enjoyed our time on the water. We really loved the location as we were on the key- it was a quick drive from our condo.
