My classic vehicle with single stage paint needed a little TLC due to a few micro-swirls and minor contamination. Michael spent several hours performing a dry wash, paint correction, and finally applying a 5-year ceramic coat. Given the age of the paint and potential sensitive areas, Michael navigated the variances with care and expertise. While there are countless detailers out there, finding someone who can handle vintage cars with extra care is an exclusive group, especially someone who is also personable and easy going. Give Michael and Apex a try and you won't be disappointed.

On the positive side, the communication was great and responsive. However to be honest, I went with Aace for a car detailing. I let them know that I am very detailed orientated but after Luis detailing, I should have just gone to our local car wash. Maybe he had a bad day???? Other reviews stated he was on time. Mine was 45min-1 hr late. But the most frustrating points were the detailing itself. There was bird poop still remaining. The windows had swirl marks (I can do that myself when I clean). There was a stain on the door and I used my finger with a little spit to get it off. He stated it was a scratch. The seats still had stains on them and all it took was a rag/windex to remove it. I opened all of my doors and the sill areas weren't even touched. I took my finger and swiped in front of him to show him. Exterior wasn't any better. I counted at least 10 bird poop stains. The wheels still had black soot on the rims. Sorry but my expectations were set high from prior reviews expecting a DETAILED CAR CLEANING. All I got was an expensive car wash that I should have gone to the one in Chino Hills.

After a month of consideration, I decided to provide my review. I am awarding five stars for…read morecustomer service, five stars for professionalism, and five stars to Nick, the owner, and his entire team. Having had multiple vehicles undergo wrapping, paint protection film (PPF) application, and ceramic coating, I can attest to Nick's exceptional honesty, transparency, and communication throughout the process. At no point was I left to speculate or make assumptions. His recommendations were consistently accompanied by clear and concise explanations, which I found to be highly commendable. A minor issue that arose was promptly and effectively resolved. While a brief disagreement occurred due to a misunderstanding on my part, Nick's clarification and reiteration of his rationale quickly demonstrated the validity of his approach. My only significant challenge was the commute to the facility; (Van Buren has a lot of traffic lights) otherwise, the experience was flawless. The pricing, service, and communication all warrant a five-star rating.

Nick showed up on time and was friendly and informative. However, I specifically requested and was…read morequoted for an interior shampoo, but instead, he provided the service he thought was best. When I got into my vehicle, I noticed that my seats had not been shampooed. There was also still bird poop on the roof, so I'm unsure whether the exterior received a full wash or was simply wiped down. He seemed rushed and mentioned that he had another appointment. If I scheduled services for two vehicles, enough time should have been set aside to complete both properly before moving on to the next customer. Since the second vehicle was a birthday gift for my friend, I called to ask about her results. She said her seats were not properly cleaned either, and that the car appeared to have been vacuumed well and wiped with wax. She honestly felt she could have received the same service at Quick Quack. Yelp has a form that allows customers to explain exactly what services they're requesting, so I'm not sure how the interior shampoo was left out of the quote and service. Even if you believe something doesn't need to be cleaned, if the customer specifically requests and pays for that service, it should still be completed. Overall, Nick was pleasant, but the service did not match what I requested or expected.

Let me first start off by saying Elias really took extremely good care of my car. He basically made…read moremy car look immaculate! I scheduled my appointment a month ahead of time if I do remember myself. I contacted him through Yelp messaging, and he was very responsive and very kind with all my questions I had for him. This is the first time I'm doing a crazy detailing and paint job restoration to my car. Therefore, I had a lot of questions. I was originally going to bring to back to Lexus dealership but their price has jumped up to $475 plus taxes to do a full exterior body work. I was like let me shop around! Then, magically appeared Elias. I wanted to do this because my car is getting old, and it had a-lot of dents and scratches from people trying to fool with my car. My Lexus IS straight from Japan the full body work and I wanted to keep it nice. Hey, girl's like nice cars too not just guys, haha! Anyways, moving forward, Elias touched bases with me and told me to take some pictures of all the places that needed to be done... I told him well it's going to be a hand full for him! People loved messing with my car cause of what kind of car it is. It's a Lexus straight from Japan with a full blown turbo engine inside. Yup. That is exactly what it is. It's made to race! Many people know that as they can tell just by looking at my car. (Lot's of jealous people out there oh we call them haters) Elias pretty much just laughed and told me he will try his best to make it look more new ,and the color to look glossy again. 2 weeks before my appointment Elias texted me to confirm my appointment, and I told him everything is solid! A week before the appointment, I texted him to make sure he was still good, and he was like yup! My appointment was 8am. He arrived promptly. I let him do his job. He took about 4 hours to finish the job. He finished almost noon. My fiancé called me out cause he said it was done. I walked outside, my EIFFING GOD! My car was so much cleaner, glossier and beautiful! Of course, not everything could be sanded out and I already knew that.... BUT HE DID AN IMPECCABLE JOB! My car looks immaculate comparing to where it was before! The pictures don't do it justice, but I feel like my car is brand spanking new almost!!!! Elias, thank you again for answering all my questions, taking such efffing amazing, awesome job of my car. I will definitely be calling you back to clean my interior. You made this Birthday girl super happy! I can't ask for a better Birthday present to myself. It was worth every Benjamin Franklin! Woohoo!!!!!
