I've quested their repairs and have never had to go back for adjustment or the work not done correctly the first time. Since using them as a repair center for several repairs and having great dealings - I decided to begin using them as my go to for state inspections as well. As for cost - again I've never had them up sell me on anything and feel the costs that I've paid for repairs have been fair and most likely less then a dealership. About two hours after making the online appointment a staff member called and confirmed the appointment. I got to the store about 10 minute before my time. It was an early appointment - midweek and the store didn't seem too busy. The young lady Naomi greeted me and checked me in very quickly. I left the truck and went shopping nearby. A little bit over a hour later my truck was done. So again my experience was absolutely fine. I think I was in and out very quickly. Maybe the reservation helped that - not sure. She then advised me that the information was entered incorrectly into the computer system, stating that there were several models of my vehicle. The cost now was approximately $3,000 and it would take eleven hours to fix. I had them return my vehicle to me and went to another location for the inspection. At the other location my vehicle passed state inspection and nothing was noted wrong with my vehicle.

I shrugged it off because I had to shop anyways. 3 hours later my truck hadn't even been put on the lift yet. 1 employee was in the lounge watching a movie, and all the other employees were standing in a circle in the shop laughing and playing on their phones. 1 hours later they finally did the work. Management is a joke. No one cares. When you complain they laugh or tell you they are on break.
