They also redid our fence and garbage-bin enclosure. The craftsmanship, attention to detail, and communication throughout the project were exceptional. The finished result exceeded our expectations -- this outdoor living space has truly been a blessing for our family. Rain or shine, there's not a day we don't use it. We've hosted countless family game nights and gatherings here, and I'm genuinely grateful for this space every single day. I don't usually write reviews, but I'm taking the time because of what happened recently -- more than four years after the project was completed. We noticed a small leak where the deck cover connects to the house, water was dripping from the soffit boards. Naturally, we were stressed about potential water damage and repairs, but when I reached out to Tim, he responded within minutes and sent his team the very next morning! They inspected the area, found a likely source, sealed it and performed the necessary repairs, then advised us to observe it again when the rain returns and call them if further repairs is needed. This experience speaks volumes about the company's integrity and dedication to their customers. Even years later, they stood behind their work without hesitation. It's rare these days to find honest, hardworking, and caring contractors like Tim and his crew. We are very satisfied customers and highly recommend Sky Mountain Contractors to anyone looking for quality craftsmanship and genuine professionalism. (Photos attached of our project!)

Tim's responsiveness throughout the project was amazing, which is rare to find these days. I am a perfectionist and expect the same of Contractors. I found only a few VERY MINOR issues along the way, but Tim and his excellent crew were right on it! Many months after the project had been finished, we requested a minor repair to our siding that was NOT even part of their work. They came up yesterday and fixed it for us! They went above and beyond! Also, we had a request for a unique fold-out shelf for feeding birds (which we make sure is never available to bears!). Tim designed something that works perfectly. THANK YOU Tim, and crew!

Andy was super easy to get in contact with and came out for an estimate right away. He was able to get my wall finished just in time! Andy's team worked hard to excavate the area, install the wall, lay down new gravel and make sure to clean up the yard when they were finished. It looks absolutely beautiful and my yard was cleaner than it's ever been! I appreciate his team's thoughtfulness and hard work! I have had to go out and admire the new look several times and could not be more satisfied with the finished product. Looking forward to working with them again in the future!

Alberto and his crew did such a fantastic job I just had them back to create more planters for us. Most contractors (in my experience) don't have the drive to ensure everything is perfect and how the customer wants/expects it to be. Any time there was any deviation Alberto made sure that I was involved in figuring out what I wanted, and between Andy and Alberto it felt like a true collaboration to achieve a yard we look at as a sanctuary now. Highly recommend this company for taking pride in their work, working hard, and the value they place on ensuring their clients are involved and happy with the work they do.

I was waiting for a tow truck my roadside assistance plan dispatched when Thomas Harris pulled up in his "Harris Fence" truck. He said he had driven past me, but The Lord told him to help me so he turned around and came back. After he guided me to a safer location and determined the tires couldn't hold air, he told me he lived close by & was going home to get a jack to lift my car & take the tires off & take them to Costco Tire Center (where I was going to be towed) to see if they could mount new tires on my rims Fortunately the rims were ok & he returned with 2 new tires! I didn't have cash to, and Thomas was willing to accept my personal check. Thomas worked in the ram to remove my rear passenger tire so he could put both two tires on the as he was instructed. Thomas Harris spent more than 3 hours working on my car. He was caring kind, generous, patient professional & he had no obligation to help me The following day, Thomas called to ask if my old tires had roadside hazard insurance, and I didn't know. Thomas drove to Costco, picked up my old tires and delivered them to my house. 3 weeks later, in Burien, I had another flat tire, and roadside assistance put the spare tire on. The next day, I took all 3 damaged tires to Discount Tires where I had bought them less than 18 months before and they replaced both front tires at no charge! That would not have happened if Thomas. had not have retrieved those tires for me. If I need a fence in the future, I'll check out Harris Fence because of his character.

After providing a little information (size, information on the previously-obtained asbestos report) over the phone I received a bid right away. Everyone worked very hard to get the project done in one day and they left the area very tidy. The worker apologized immediately and accepted that it was indeed his fault and removed the remainder of the tape in my home without incident. When I reached out to the company to discuss it, the owner became hostile on our first phone call. She remained hostile and combative in every interaction after. She threatened me with a lawyer (I still don't understand this at all as I never mentioned suing anyone, I just wanted her to make it right and asked her to stop screaming at me on the phone) and she sent snide emails to me. It took months to resolve and was an awful experience. The work done was adequate, but not excellent. The only above average part of the experience was the initial person who came to do the bid. He was professional and respectful. From there on it went downhill. I would never work with this company again, nor would I recommend anyone else work with them. The owner does not seem to care about her customers. UPDATE to add: They did eventually pay for the repair to the floor, but the owner/manager seemed to be deliberately horrible throughout the entire process.

We completely gutted the den, evened the floors, put in radiant floor heating, sealed off the small door to the patio and put in sliding glass doors, and completely reconfigured the laundry/half bath/water heater space! And, very importantly, he did an absolutely gorgeous job. His company is smaller, which means less overhead and, in my experience, very client-focused and driven to excellence. From the beginning Sam was very communicative and throughout the process was available to talk through any questions/ideas/concerns I had. In the end, he stuck close to his initial estimates (the few additional costs had been flagged and discussed with and agreed upon by me before they were incurred), and completed the work well within the initial timeframe. I definitely recommend Sam/QPC for your next home renovation project!
