Unfortunately, the provider's behavior was downright rude, dismissive, and unprofessional from the start. When I calmly asked how long the flu test results would take so I could plan around work, the provider responded sarcastically and condescendingly with, "Oh my word, I know your work is so important to you, but it's just a 2-minute test, ma'am." She continued to make remarks implying I was "in such a rush," despite the fact that we were the only patients in the building at the time. The provider then stated she would call or text me with the test results, again referencing that I was "in a hurry." I never received a call, text, or any follow-up with the results at all. This is unacceptable, especially when it involves a sick child and diagnostic testing. Throughout the visit, I was repeatedly told that I "should have gone to the ER," even though urgent care is exactly where parents are advised to go for these concerns. There was no sense of urgency, no reassurance, and no respectful communication. Just because the clinic was not busy does not mean patients' time or concerns are unimportant -- it is called urgent care, and some level of urgency and professionalism should be expected. I understand healthcare is stressful, but sarcasm, judgment, and failure to follow through with test results is not acceptable. This experience left me feeling disrespected and discouraged from returning. I hope this location seriously addresses provider professionalism and patient communication.

I needed results sent and they emailed me back immediately. I needed a sick note. I got it within an hour. I haven't met somebody there that isn't caring and thorough. The front desk is especially wonderful. I hope they read this and know how much it means to be kind.

It was chilly in the ER and the radiology tech gave me a heated blanket which immediately warmed me back up. The ER doctor was very knowledgeable and also a fellow diver and spent a lot of time with me, checking me several times and even consulted Diving alert center about my case. Hats off to Nurse G and Dr Melzer who were both knowledgeable and compassionate. Lastly, I needed help with my cell phone to navigate a Uber pick up back to my vehicle a couple miles away. The Triage Nurse.V spent at least 10 minutes with me getting Uber set up on my phone and an Uber driver was there in less than five minutes! So grateful EMS took me to Martin Cleveland Clinic . I am visiting from Michigan and not very familiar with the area. I received the best care possible!

I had STAT orders for two tests and only got results for one. When I asked why, I was told they can only do one same-day and have to send the other out. When I asked why I wasn't informed of that when I came in with orders that clearly stated up top in red that we needed same day results, she said "you didn't ask." So apparently you need to clarify if they're capable of following your doctors orders. They still charged me for the test even though I didn't get the results I needed. Definitely drive to Jupiter if you need anything and avoid this place at all costs!

I called at 11 am , told to come in. Got there @ 12 closed from 12-1 for lunch! I am an RN who has…read moreworked ER for 23 yrs and I also have worked in Urgent care clinics in the past. On arrival I spoke to a Blond woman with a squeaky southern drawl , same voice I heard when I called. I said to her It would have been nice if i knew you were closed at 12. She started arguing with me about who told you that, I didn't want to embarrass her so I said that's not the point, I just wish I knew that you were closed. So I waited outside because the clinic was so cold, came in at 12 40 and sat with 2 other people. When the door was opened I was ready to speak with a registration clerk when a young aggressive woman started yelling that she was sick just like me and was before me. I went and spoke to the blond woman who i had addressed previously. She let 8 other people in saying that I had left. Its first come first served. I said I had been here at 12:00. I feel that I was singled out and refused care because I had addressed the fact I did not know they were closed for lunch. Another older gentleman also left when I did. Really unprofessional and nasty way to treat patients. The providers that I had seen there previously were good. This poor behavior by your front desk clerk really is ruining your reputation. The other issues are a lack of covid and respiratory culture for other viruses. I went to another urgent care and It was much more organized, reception was friendly wait was reasonable. I had a nasal swab done there for Covid and other viruses. I have had a recent hospitalization for parainfluenza and really needed to be seen since I was running a fever and had earaches. Glad I left when I was treated so badly at this Clevaland clinic in Palm City. I would re-organize the admission procedure after lunch so that aggressive people cant jump in front of elderly or handicap people like me. Let people know you close for lunch and dont do Covid tests on your website. Advise patients that its freezing cold in the office also, really uncomfortable.

When confronted with a disagreement with this patient, Dr Karely Cabrera-Osorio failed to complete the basic examination and walked out. As a woman of 70+ years with significant health challenges this experience was the worst interaction by far with any physician. Condescending, disrespectful and cold this Doctor needs to be reminded of her oath "To first do no harm". I was devastated.
