Nvr have I been treated so bad before in my life at a drs office. Sick as a dog went there to see a dr. For that reason. Thought they would care instead treated me like I had some wicked crazy disease. Thought I had strep, it was covid and as soon as they knew it was covid they told me I had to leave immediately and the dr would call me. Paid to get told I had covid. Nvr seen the dr. There was only one other person there when I checked in. Not like they were slammed. They literally walked me out of the front door. So unprofessional and unacceptable. Will not be going back or referring anyone else there ever again. Low class let's be honest...Covid today is nothing like what it was. I was sick for 3 days. Avoid if possible, every employee here has the absolute worst attitude towards patients. It's almost as if they resent having to serve the general public. They do not open on time, appointments are a waste of time. The Doctors want to argue and disregard your concerns. Would rate ZERO if possible. Go somewhere else! read more

Walk in experience was terrible. Was told a 20 min wait, was an hour and 40 mins. Nurse was nice but then got told to wait for the provider to sign us out and after another 15 mins we just left. There are better urgent cares for walk ins - faster, better job of telling you how long the wait is. Go there instead. read more

This place is horrible! I've had nothing but issues with these people. The secretaries act like they hate where they work and continue to get paperwork wrong. 1st time I went for a COVID blood test that I paid $170, the "nurse" that took my blood didn't know what the hell she was doing and kept stabbing and couldn't get the blood out smh....then I went back for a work injury and they gave me all the wrong prescription papers and had to wait 3 days to get my stuff. There is just no care to what they do. They all seem miserable and it shows in their quality of work. I will never go back read more

Waited 3 hours and finally nurse practitioner came in and looked at my hematoma and would not drain it. It had ben drained two times before and all that is needed is about 5 syringes to get the liquid out. She told e hematomas should not come back and I told her that is what they do. They come back and eventually are absorbed by the body but in the meantime please drain it. Not dangerous at all. she clearly was ill informed and I wasted three hours. Urgent care is for coughs and colds but they cant handle something a bit more complicated. read more

I wish I had read the reviews before coming here. The only thing I got from them was the fact that I was covid positive. I called them back after the fact to see if they would send me an inhaler as they had asked if I needed any medication. I have asthma and I didn't realize how much that would effect me with covid but it was worse than I had assumed. They told me they would send an inhaler to the pharmacy. I went to the pharmacy and they only had sent the couch medicine and not the inhaler. I called again and they finally had it over about 2 hours later. It was too late to pick up that night so I went the next morning. I got in the car opened the box and it was nebulizer treatments which is NOT what I asked for... I had already opened it so it's not like I could go back in. I called them to notify them that they messed up and the only answer I got was "call us back when you're not upset" I'm not going to ever not be upset with you... how do you mix up "I need an inhaler" to "I need a nebulizer treatment." Obviously I'm going to be upset I literally used any energy I had left to go to the pharmacy to be handed something I wasted $42 dollars on. It's a pandemic I don't have $42 sitting around... will never go to this urgent care again Or any of it's partners. They don't want to take accountability for their mistakes. read more

Do not go to this facility under any circumstances. I was on vacation and needed access to medical treatment for what turned out to be a bronchial infection. 1. I was there for two and a half hours to get a total of 15 minutes of actual medical attention. 2. A nurse made a decision to test me for the flu, even though my symptoms did not match flu symptoms and I told her that I was sure I didn't have the flu. I'm not sure if they did this test just to rack up more charges for the insurance or if they were just not too smart. I don't think regular nurses (not nurse practitioners) should be making these decisions before I was ever seen by anyone with more medical training. 3. The nurse told me that there were two doctors that were seeing patients that day. In fact they were not doctors, but nurse practitioners. I have nothing against nurse practitioners, but there is no reason to lie about it. 4. I was prescribed three different medications which, even with my insurance discount plan, cost me over $100. One of the medications was an inhaler (actually two inhalers with 200 doses each). They were to be used as needed. At the maximum allowed dosage, 400 doses would last 50 days. This was a colossal waste of my money. The inhaler had no determinable effect, but the cough pills which cost less than $9 did help. The literature sent home with me said that the cough could persist a few weeks beyond the infection, but there was only a week worth of pills. I didn't think much of this until the infection was seemingly gone and I still had the cough. As I was running low on the cough pills, I looked at the "No Refill" and called the clinic for a refill. I was told that it was clinic policy that they never gave refills on anything and I would have to come back in for a reevaluation visit. I objected to this and asked it there was anyone there I could speak with about my situation. I was told that this was company policy and there were no exceptions and no one was authorized to make any different decisions. Keep in mind that there are very common (non-narcotic, non-habit forming) pills that any normal doctor would have no problem giving a refill under my particular circumstances. This policy is clearly there to make them more money by having people come back for exams they don't need. I would rather cough my lungs out than spend another two hours of my time, or give them one more cent or revenue. It is sad that you can not get basic medical care without being treated like dirt. read more

I was very apprehensive about going to a new doctor, but I'm new to the area and was referred to Treasure Coast Urgent Care by a pharmacist who could hear that I had bronchitis and needed an antibiotic. Everyone at this facility was caring and helpful and they listened to my concerns. It took a little while to register as a new patient, but I noticed that repeat patients were seen in less than 20 minutes. The receptionist checked my insurance to be sure it covered this visit. I saw a doctor, had an X-ray and was out in about an hour. The assistant (Christian Adames) put me at ease and carefully recorded my medical history. Soon after he was done, PA Tia Fox examined me and diagnosed my condition. She suggested I get a chest X-ray which was done on site. By the time I got to CVS (same parking lot) to pick up my prescriptions, they were ready!!! I heartily recommend Treasure Coast Urgent care read more

Had a pre op appointment supposed to take 10 minutes. Had me fill out 8 pages of information most of it the same info over and over. After 45 minutes I noticed everyone else was bypassing me so I asked what was going on. They told me they didn't know who the insurance carrier was, even though it was in the paperwork 4 times, they just didn't bother to read it or ask me. Total was over 2 hours for a ekg. read more

The front door staff had me running around like a chicken for Covid testing. They were very unorganized as they told me to report to Treasure Coast Primary Care location for testing, only to find out that wasn't where I was supposed to be and to go back to the Urgent Care location. Walked in and was greeted with rolling eyes and an attitude from the girl at the front entrance. Then, I was given an attitude from the check in receptionist as well. I was told to ask the doctor what test I should get, then told they wouldn't administer a test without making a decision prior to meeting with a doctor. Poor communication and such disrespect from three women. I walked out. With being a Covid patient who almost just died from Covid and has damage to her lungs, compassion goes a long way instead of being miserable on a Saturday. Came here for an in-grown hair on my face. Saturday morning, no lines, no wait, no problems! Cydney, the PA is excellent...she has a wonderful bed-side manner, is very thoughtful and intelligent, and has a delightful sense of humor!! She really took care of me and treated me so well... This was the first and the last time I will ever go there!!! it was by far the worst experience I've ever had in a medical setting!! I came with a bad sore throat and an earache. They made me wait in my car to receive a telephone appointment. After speaking with a PA for maxim um of 5 minutes, she wouldn't see me in person. I was told to go around to the back of the building where I had to call in and someone would come our just to do a Covid test. I was let in a back stair case where there was one chair. The young woman barely touched the inside of my nose for the test, then she came back 2 minutes later and said it was negative. I again asked to see a live person and was denied. She then gave me a PCR Covid test and told me if that was negative, I could come back tomorrow and see a live person. She told me I would be emailed the result, but no one took my email address. She then came back with a post it note and told me to write down my email address! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Now, I'm supposed to pay for this horrible service. I have been to this place twice only because my doctor sent me. The first time I was here one of the girls in the front office (the one with long braids I think one girl called her Neesa but not sure) was extremely rude to me. I tried to ask questions about billing but she was rude and demeaning. The other staff was nice tho. Today I saw the same girl being very rude to another patient. An older woman. I waited over an hour to be seen but when I was the staff in back were nice. But when I went to check out the same rude girl was there and she didn't even make eye contact and said rudely "you're good" without ever even looking my way. She is just very rude and should not be working with people. read more

A few days before I left for my Florida vacation, I was in a car accident. By the time I left, shoulder pain was intense and frequent. I went to Treasure Coast Urgent Care and they handled everything. They got all my car insurance information and said they'd take care of billing them, which was SO convenient and helped me feel less stressed. They took an x-ray and had a disc ready with the results to give to my doctor back home. Everyone was very kind and thorough. I really appreciated all their help! read more

Went to this facility on a mid day Friday seeking relief from serious back pain & injury to my sacral bone. They kept me waiting for 2 or 3 hours. Finally was taken to an examination room. After a long wait there, an aide came in & told me the doctor went home. The desk clerk gave me an appointment for Monday at 1 PM. On Monday, after waiting over 3 hours, I was seen by someone who did not identify herself, nor what capacity she served in. I asked for some pain medication. She arrogantly said people with chronic pain should not be given pain relief meds, and should go to physical therapy instead. She also said lots of people asked for pain meds in order to sell them, & very rudely made it clear she placed me in this class. I tried to tell her I had already been through physical therapy for more than 2 years following multiple surgeries. She refused to listen to me, and continued to make unflattering insinuations. She had me drug tested, then left for a while, returning with a prescription from a doctor, somewhere on the premises, that was half the dose I had been taking. When I finally left the facility I asked the front desk clerk if the drug test would be applied to my health insurance. From the end of the hallway, I heard the person who had seen me scream "No, No.....!", evidently protesting application to my insurance. This whole experience was surreal. Whoever this person was should not interface with patients. I'd give zero stars if I could. read more

Try a place that actually wants to help people. They refused to see my daughter for an ear issue. Unbelievable! I am still shocked. We went to 3 Urgent Cares and got there right before they closed. We called before and they said they would see her if we got there before they closed. We did and they still refused to see her. They gave 2 reasons. One was that she recently tested for COVID19. It didn't matter that she was NEGATIVE and that she tested as a requirement as a college athlete. How does that make any sense? The second reason was that she said she travelled. I asked what the criteria was for traveling as we travelled by car to the Keys. They didn't have any criteria, just the fact that she said she traveled was enough excuse for them not to see her. Even though I told them she was in a lot of pain, the receptionist refused to go back to the provider and relay that she tested negative and only travelled by car instate. She told us to go to the hospital. This is an organization that doesn't really care for their patients. I'll never try here again. It had been multiple times over several years. Both the nurse and Doctor Gail were great! Very friendly and caring. Diagnosis and meds were appropriate and appreciated. Called into cvs and made sure they were received before they left the room. Waited about 1 hour on a busy day to be seen. Took insurance, no copay. Told me to call to follow up, no need to come back unless still ill. read more

My 12 yr old son got absolutely terrible care there. They gave no advice at all that was helpful. As the matter of fact had we listened to their medical "advice" my son would've been further injured. Fortunately I was able to take him to his regular Doctor the next day. At least on a Sunday, I would not go there. Guessing it's those with the least seniority who work then. They would not even give me a Doctor's excuse for school the next day to be able to go get a "boot." They thought (said) he can go to school without a Doctor's note on crutches and go to the medical store after school (4pm) and get the boot then. Both of those statements are asinine. That is why I had to go to an additional Doctor's visit to get what he needs. The women at the front desk don't even know where their facility is. When a person who couldn't find them called in, they told her "US 1 & Monterey" Wrong, they are NOT on US1. They are on Monterey Rd, so it's "Monterey & US1." That's not a matter of semantics. It's a matter of clear, orderly direction- which they have none of. read more

When my family moved to Stuart, we all needed to find new health care providers. We were referred to TC Urgent and Family care by a friend. I have seen Dr. Jacquelyn McLaughlin and my husband has seen Dr. Erin Shaw. They are both extremely knowledgeable and professional, and have excellent bedside manners! Our son was able to get in quickly for a physical when he was home from college. None of us has ever had an excessive wait. Great experience overall for the entire family! read more

I am so tired of going in with with a hacking cough, being diagnosed with an upper respiratory infection or bronchitis and being sent on my way with no medication. It is in my chart that I have a history of strep, upper respiratory infections, or bronchitis but they say if it persists in 10 days come back. The only thing they like to give out are cough pearls that do nothing for a cough. read more

I came in on Saturday. The front desk staff wasn't friendly. I asked if they took my insurance first and she said well we will have to see you first. I said you can check to see if you take my insurance. She told me to sit down. Another girl called me up and confirmed that they accepted my insurance. I was seen by the PA. She was convinced I had Strep. She assured me that she thinks I have strep and treated me before any she received any results. I received a shot of rocephin, and then they came back to tell me my results were negative for strep. Additionally, she put me on 10 days of 875mg amoxicillin, some medicated mouth wash to numb my throat, and advised ibuprofen or acetaminophen as needed. I hate to be the patient that questions an expert but I can't help but feel like she didn't know completely what she's doing. First and foremost, ibuprofen isn't something any pregnant woman should take. And after looking into rocephin I felt I was being overly medicated when an accurate diagnosis was never established. I was little upset and contemplated on whether or not I should take the amoxicillin and mouth wash. If it was virus overloading my body with antibiotics isn't going to do anything and isn't great for my baby. I asked for IV fluids because of puking and not being able to consume much liquid and she said she doesn't feel comfortable giving me fluids. However, she'll pump me up with high doses of antibiotics without an exact reason why. I know the IV guy was trying to leave early so she made up some bs so he didn't need to administer fluids to me. When I called to see if they sent my culture out for lab work to get a concrete answer the young man said that they never did that. Disappointed that I didn't receive the type of care I should have. I never used the mouth wash and only took 5 doses of the amoxicillin and stopped so I have no idea what was really wrong with me. Wish I would have just went to the ER. read more

This facility is not at all equipped to treat the public for anything other than benign issues! Need a flue shot? Have strep throat and need a culture? Go there. For anything else, don't waste your time or money! I had GI issues recently and it took ONE WEEK to get a diagnosis! Unacceptable by any standard. I had to call multiple times for test results only to be told that they could not expedite the test results to get them any quicker. I learned a lesson to go straight to the ER for anything "urgent" and take it from me, do the same! read more
