Beyond impressed with their level of professionalism, their pricing was fair, and their quality of work is the best in Kentucky! We signed a contract for a new 2nd story covered…read moreTrex deck not lumber (we wanted very little maintenance) and new roof on Sept 23, 2020 at that time we paid a deposit of 60% deposit; which we thought was high. They never showed up until 11/1/2020, I came home and my old deck was gone, I had no idea they were even coming that day. We had asked them not to take old deck down until they were ready to start, because we have dogs and they go out that door. Then nothing until 12/8/2020, they showed up started working on deck. The support post went in, the floor joist went in and the roof went up...we were well on our way.....I was then told that the center post was off by 3 inches but we would not notice, ...YEA RIGHT, the more they did the more you noticed. And they never offered to fix it. I was told I could not have the trex railing that I wanted because of code; but it was because the center post was not centered. I ended up with a cable railing but I have wood post because the railing began to sag so they had to add support post. It went downhill from there. They would show up when it was convenient for them, we were told they would be there and then no one showed up. The lack of communication on Jerrod and Don's part was terrible to say the least. Their attention to detail in none existent. The steps were terrible, the craftsmanship was terrible. They would text me at 8 am on a Saturday to see if they could send a crew and my doorbell would be ringing and it was the crew and a non-English speaking crew so we could not communicate and Jerrod would not answer my call. This happened on several occasions. There is so much more that has gone wrong with this deck but not enough room to tell the whole story. To say the least it was a year yesterday and we are now working with our attorney. I would never recommend this company to do any work for anybody.

The first thing I learned is that spring work on your pool will take longer because of all the contractors involved. I didn't understand this or the delays at the time but it makes sense. We needed a new pump. David came out and looked at it. Sent some guy named Billy to replace the…read morepump. But not to touch the electricity. So now I have to wait another 2 days to get an electrician to hook that up. When the electrician came out, he couldn't do the job because the new pump was in the way. Had to have Billy come back out to move the pump. But no one showed up to do that. The electrician came back out 5 days later to fix the electricity. Now there are multiple leaks coming straight up out of the pump and can't get the pool on due to all the leaks. Called to get some one back out to check this problem and why this new pump isn't working. No one has come out to fix the problem. And the pool is very dark green. I'm going to have to dump a bunch of chemicals in to get it back to the lovely blue color to be able to swim. It will be another 4 days before anyone will possibly be able to get out here. Come on guys. Normally, I love this company. But this is too much.
