Like any other carpet store or a big box flooring department, carpet samples were arranged according to color and height etc. but instead of gigantic, heavy, books or dusty shelves, Carpet One samples are Velcro-attached to multiple trays which rotate in a Ferris wheel fashion -the set up reminded me of those display cases you will see in coin & jewelry stores. A motion switch is mounted for the salesperson to operate giving them control to rotate the trays forward or in reverse. As the trays rotate each passes through an optimal viewing top shelf position, brightly illuminated, only inches away from inspection. On March 18th, 2022 my husband and I met with Matt Creech, the Envision Remodeling LLC Sales Rep…read more He was very professional. His presentation was stellar, and he designed exactly what we desired in our Master Bath remodel. His bid was a bit high, but we decided to move forward with the project anyway. Envision required a $5,000 deposit upon signing the contract. Matt told us that we needed to write a check, and that he couldn't accept a Credit Card. We complied. My Husband and I are Senior Citizens. We have an older home, and it was getting increasingly difficult for my Husband to step over the side of the tub to shower. We were very anxious for the project to begin, but the contract's estimated time of installation was in 4-5 months due to supply chain issues. [A 4-5 month wait time seemed a bit extreme.] I called Envision on August 18th, the 5 mbonth marker, to get an update on our Installation. Rachael said that she would contact their Forman, Jacob, to find out where he was at with our Installation schedule. She never got back to me with that information. Fast forward to September 9th, 2022. I called Envision and left a voice mail message with Rachael saying that we had lost our patience and quite frankly any faith in their company. I requested a refund of our $5,000 deposit. Shortly thereafter I got a Voice Mail from Rachel saying that she herself had already mailed a check about a week ago, and that we should have gotten it by now. Then seconds later I got a Text from her saying to disregard her Voice Mail! The refund she spoke of was for another client!!!!!!!! She said that she'd have Jacob call me, which he did. Jacob said that the 3-5 month window was only and 'estimate' and that the Contract clearly reads 'No Refunds'. He offered to drop off the material he had for us in their Warehouse in our driveway. What? Unacceptable! My husband was diagnosed with Cancer in August, and has since then passed on. It was extremely difficult for me to get him in and out of the shower/tub. A Walk-In Shower as promised by Envision would have been a God Send for both of us. I have read several reviews that my Husband and I aren't the only folks they've stolen from. My Attorney is handling it at this point. It is despicable that this Company is still in business. What they've done is criminal. Leigh Morgan, the owner, needs to be investigated. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY, AND DO NOT GIVE THEM ONE DIME UNTIL THE INSTALLATION IS COMPLETED!

This is one of the most humane, even humorous plumbing experience I've ever had, and compared to my previous plumber, Kevin is the most professional, caring, understanding, and accommodating plumber I've ever seen. I would urge everyone to give them a call at 859-231-5155 with any of your plumbing needs. I am speaking as a skeptical consumer whose first priority is getting the best service with the least cost. You will not only get a plumber who will understand your concern about quality and cost, but also someone who would try to accommodate your specific request and go well and beyond the call of duty to make this whole experience "an early Christmas present"! Here is my story: I called Lile three times just wanting to get a quote as it sounded "scary" without knowing how much they would charge you until they get on site. They couldn't give me a quote as they "do not do guess work." I had no other option as my bathroom faucet is leaking pretty badly and getting worse every minute, and only Lile can come between 12 and 2 today for a $49 fee and then they will charge by the job. Kevin called around 12:30 and arrived in less than 10 minutes. He immediately started taking notes on the problem, and wrote down three options for me. When I told him they sounded more expensive than I expected, and whether he can just take the cartridge out of the faucet , and I'll then change the black rubber rings and the springs myself, he accommodated my request with a much lower fee ($99 inclusive of the $49 fee)! After taking out the cartridge, he kindly helped me to replace the parts and taught me how to put it back, with good humor. Sadly this didn't do the trick. He then took out the cartridge again, and put in a new one, this time it worked like a charm! Right when I was nervous about how much this will cost me, Kevin told me there will be no extra cost either for the new cartridge or for his labor, other than the $99 fee. I am sharing this early Christmas present I received from Kevin to you all out there, who might be looking for a plumber right at this moment, or in the years to come. I know I will give Lile a call again when in need.
