5Stars - Loyal for a Reason…read more I've been going to Tristan for a while now, and every visit reminds me why I keep coming back--even after moving to Liberty Hill in December. I honestly considered finding a new barber closer to home, but Tristan's service, attitude, and consistency made the decision easy: it's worth the drive. He's always friendly, easy to talk to, and genuinely cares about getting the cut just right for you. You can tell he's passionate about his work and proud to be part of the team at Round Rock Barbershop. His ambition shows in the way he takes his time and listens--he's not just giving you a haircut, he's making sure you leave feeling good about it. Highly recommend him to anyone looking for more than just a quick trim. Tristan's the real deal.

Randy, the owner, was one of the most hostile, rude, and unprofessional business owners I've dealt…read morewith. I called with a simple question about which barber was working that day, and instead of answering it professionally, he immediately became aggressive and acted as though I was asking something unreasonable. When I explained why I was asking, he didn't apologize or try to help--he doubled down on his attitude. Customer service clearly isn't a priority here. Randy has no understanding of how to treat customers with basic respect or professionalism. He came across as arrogant, obnoxious, and unnecessarily confrontational over a simple phone call. If this is how the owner treats potential customers before they even walk through the door, I can't imagine how he handles actual problems. I won't be doing business here, and I wouldn't recommend anyone else does either.
