I arrived…read moreabout fifteen mins before my appointment time and just waited and enjoyed the very warm and welcoming lobby. Unfortunately my appointment was 20 mins behind schedule. I was in a rush at this point because we had to get to an appointment after as a family and I had not accounted for that. The service itself was fine, I just can't be running late as it was more stressful than me being able to enjoy it.
