I was in a rush at this point because we had to get to an appointment after as a family and I had not accounted for that. The service itself was fine, I just can't be running late as it was more stressful than me being able to enjoy it. I live down the street thankfully so maybe will have to try again when more time permits for another occasion.

The space was clean, and the chairs were surprisingly comfortable, which made the experience even better. The technician was very friendly and did a great job cleaning up my eyebrows. I had threading done for both my brows and upper lip--she was quick, gentle, and very precise. I have sensitive skin, so I'm usually pretty picky about where I go for threading. I tend to give a place a couple of tries, but if I experience pain or irritation afterward, I won't return. Thankfully, that wasn't the case here at all. This was a great overall experience, and I'll definitely be coming back!

Mia was booked to wax+dye my eyebrows which is listed as a 30min appointment however she had me back up at the register within 15 minutes to pay. No care was put into shaping my brows, trimming them or making sure the dye was evenly applied. My brows look blotchy and bushy from the lack of trimming. Right after getting into my car I could see her quickly walking to her's so that let me know for sure she was rushing through my appointment so she could leave. Dallas in the Round Rock location knows her stuff, and is extremely professional and thorough. I know I'm in good hands at Alite & with Dallas. I've visited for laser and electrolysis. Laser hair removal OF COURSE is awesome. Electrolysis has been around forever and is quite a tedious task that requires a bit of obsessive compulsion and patience. It's great for more precise and permanent hair removal in the brow area (where lasers are not precise enough for such a small area). It's also great for hair that isn't as responsive to laser treatments - light-colored and fine hair (white, grey, red, or blonde). If you're looking for great results, thorough education and treatment, in a clearly safe/sanitary environment - this is the spot for you.
