Trudie was so accommodating and awesome with my dog Winston. I had to cancel an appointment in April due to him not feeling well. We were heading to the Big Island for the summer and I wanted him to get groomed before we left. She fit me in with just a days notice. He is a doodle and has various textures in his fur (and lots of mats) and she took the time and care to get him looking so handsome and made him feel comfortable for his first grooming. Trudie is amazing! Our 1 year old Shih Tzu Sally was overdue for grooming. We were a little apprehensive because she came out of her previous appointments (with another groomer) a bit traumatized. We are so pleased with her results today! She looks so healthy and cute- no matting, her nails are trimmed, her body is neat, and her face is sooo cute! Even complete with a bow. Trudie is the BEST!! Our EV is a cocker spaniel, who is 20 pounds of sass with a 100 pounds of bark. Due to her being a pandemic puppy, she lacks social skills.
