She also uses ordinary objects to incorporate into her art, such as newspaper clippings, and glitter, and thick coats of paint to make it look thick. Her work is expensive, but if you're interested in buying one, she will negotiate with you to buy more of her pieces, giving you deals. She does have certificates of authenticity to give you when you purchase her art. Good quality, and very beautiful to look at with bright, vivid colors. I went to use the awing on my pop-up at a festival and it was just a box full of parts with no instructions, I contacted them and asked if they wanted the thing back, they have now sent me some pdf instructions but I am done. GOING IN THE TRASH!!! Update: I contacted Erica Richardson the account specialist and made arrangements to return the awning for a refund so I paid postage and sent it back in the same box and in the same condition as I received it. I never got a refund so when I contacted Mrs. Richardson I was informed it was not returned in "resalable" condition and no refund will be issued. Now I am out about $350 and I have nothing...

I got big into fountain pens and notebooks many moons ago, thanks to a best friend but I've always loved to write so this place was heaven to me. I love reading all the fun little interesting artifacts, looking at all the pens and everything else. I wish I had more time there. The prices were very decent and I ended up going coming with a Platinum Plaisir (f) (if you know you know....) a converter, a t-shirt and a hodge podge of stickers -- ugh, just love....I really felt at home here because I felt so "in my element". This shop has been in business for over 25 years, and you can really feel the history and passion behind it. I had so much fun browsing--there were so many different types of pens, shapes, and quality levels to explore. I actually didn't plan on stopping in and wasn't even sure it would be open based on the time I arrived, but I'm so glad it was. The owner was incredibly kind, helpful, and knowledgeable, which made the experience even better. I ended up purchasing a pencil and a seal, and I'll definitely be back--this would be a great place to find a thoughtful, high-quality gift (especially for something like Father's Day). Also, a really cool bonus: there's an Airbnb located on the second floor, which adds to the charm of the space.

I recently contacted FastSigns to do a small project for me. I have used them in the past many…read moretimes several years ago and back then thought they did respectable work. Not the case anymore! I sent FastSigns a file and only wanted a small window sticker done for our soccer team. My original order was going to be around 30 -40 decals. I only wanted to order one (which I have done in the past) to see if everything comes out right. I was told I had to order 5 minimum.(?) Okay, that's not what I wanted as a test but I'll go along with it. We had conversations about the file and I asked, "can you use what I sent you to make a window decal and look good" they replied "yes" they would have no problem. In their email I understood that I could pick it up the next day. (over 24 hours, FASTSIGNS, get it???) So at the end of the following day I stopped by to pick up the decals. When I approached the counter and told them my name someone in the back stated "they're not done tell him to come back tomorrow." Okay, ?.? Not to happy I left and stopped back the next day, When I received the decals (5 ea. at 5.00 per decal) I was amazed that they would allow work to go out the door that looked this bad. It truly looked like someone scanned a poor copy with one of those free printers that you get onto a sticker page. Are you kidding me? This is a professional sign company? You don't care enough not to allow that type of work to go out the front door? The twenty five dollars that you made cost you the rest of my order and my future business. What happen to the old FastSigns that I use to deal with.
