I contacted UPS to open a investigation, the Awning was found but not the $65 dollar side walls. UPS closed the case and informed me Vispronet should have opened it and they need to reopen the case. I called and didn't get any help, decided to just forget the $65 dollar side walls. I went to use the awing on my pop-up at a festival and it was just a box full of parts with no instructions, I contacted them and asked if they wanted the thing back, they have now sent me some pdf instructions but I am done. GOING IN THE TRASH!!! Update: I contacted Erica Richardson the account specialist and made arrangements to return the awning for a refund so I paid postage and sent it back in the same box and in the same condition as I received it. I never got a refund so when I contacted Mrs. Richardson I was informed it was not returned in "resalable" condition and no refund will be issued. Now I am out about $350 and I have nothing...

I used to really enjoy this place and bought art/experiences. I booked a photo session with the…read moreowner to be done in Carlisle by her this spring. She even publicly advertised her availability for doing photo sessions at this time. She changed her travel plans back to the US, canceled the agreed upon service, refused to reschedule the agreed-upon service, tried to bait-and-switch to services I would never have booked, and is refusing a refund despite a clear policy. I am out a lot of money with no work done and no photos. Completely unprofessional and scammy behavior. Beware of working with her or this company. EDIT: Refund Policy for Portrait Sessions and Prints [Policy from merchant website] In the case of camera failure, inclement weather, or any other unforeseen incident that prevents photographers from nDesign Art Haus, LLC from shooting on a scheduled date a new date will be scheduled or client will be refunded of their deposit, if applicable. [The scheduled session was canceled by the merchant due to unforeseen incident, no rescheduling was possible, and 2 substitutions were offered that were not what I scheduled and paid for, and yet I was denied a refund.] No refund will be given under any circumstances if you fail to attend the activity on the day and at the time listed, when the booking was made. [Agreed upon activity was canceled by merchant, not me.] Due to the nature of digital photography and the fact that photographs, once sent, cannot be returned; nDesign Art Haus, LLC has a strict NO REFUNDS POLICY. Once a transaction has been completed (i.e., the session is complete) it is then considered non-refundable. [No session occurred; no photos created or sent.]

So discouraged with customer service for newspaper delivery. No matter how many different ways I try to communicate to customer service that the payment cleared the bank and they need to update their records and explain why the past two billing cycles have showed no payment received, we are now on Day 5 of having received no newspaper. There is a definite break in communication between AR and customer service. Sentinel, please get your act together.
