I was super excited and after would never ever recommend this class to anyone. Firstly, the class…read morewas advertised as an hour long with 50 minutes of bungee exercises. We arrived ten minutes early and I understand they have to get everyone strapped up but by the time we were ready to go it was 15 minutes past the start time. Then we ended 10 minutes before the hour was up, so it was 100% not 50 minutes of a workout. Secondly, my friend arrived booked in the class and showing that it was taking her class pass points but told by the instructor that she was on the waitlist and they had texted her. She had never received a text message and was obviously booked in class because it was showing on her app and had the confirmation email. Instead of politely telling her they messed up on their end with capacity, the instructor completely ignored her and tried to start class without an explanation. When the kind ladies in the back row asked if my friend was supposed to be in it the instructor just chuckled and said "no" without letting her speak. Thirdly, during the middle of class I was rudely called out for videotaping part of the class when it was NEVER told to me that it was not allowed. I completely understand and would have never done it if I was aware of it not being allowed to video but it was never explained. Then, when given the explanation she said, "I can't be losing my license". So whatever is done in this class apparently could make them lose their license if videotaped. I wasn't even instructed to sign the waiver once I got to class so I technically could have done whatever. I will never attend any class regarding EMAC Bungee and will actively tell people to avoid at all cost.
