The greeter was so full of love and joy. She explained to me what all they offered to take care of my body. The treatment plan I had was the B12 and Glutathione Injection which only took 1 hour. After the B12 and Glutathione Injection, I felt a noticeable boost in energy and clarity. I will be back once a month to continue my wellness journey.

They give you such clear directions and if you follow them you cannot fail. It's science! You stay motivated because you see the weight coming off so fast.  Last year I had cancer followed by radiation treatment and a hysterectomy. Afterwards, I started working out with a trainer and got strong again. But my weight didn't budge. I thought I had reached an age where I was going to have to live with being "pleasantly plump", but I kept hurting my knee. I was too heavy and I knew it. It made me feel bad about myself. I wanted to feel and look good again. So, I called and made an appointment with Dr. Patterson. He was awesome and had no doubt I could get the weight off in a short period of time. Everyone on staff has been so supportive and amazingly helpful. They've made it so easy! I have been able to stop my blood pressure medicine, lost inches in my waist line and everywhere else. I feel great and look like my old self again.  Go see them. You won't be sorry.

I am confident the weight loss will continue.

The plan was easy to follow and I liked that I could still go out to restaurants like Houston's and still lose weight. I am kosher, so the Instant Shape Up products being kosher was a huge plus. I have kept every pound off that I lost and the staff at the center showed me how to keep my results. For me, having to check in with my counselor was key as I knew what I needed to do, but needed an extra push.

I did every thing they said, took all the supplements and ate all the food. This diet does not work for everyone. They kept trying to change my program and nothing worked. I can't say they were very encouraging, one week I was very honest and put down that I had 5oz of something when I was to have 3 oz of that item, that was all my diet rep could talk about the extra 2 oz of one item on one day. All I can say if I eat 2oz to much of an item in one week is that really going to keep my from losing the weight the center told me I was going to loose? My opinion don't waste your money or time.
