They were prompt with service, coming the afternoon of the day I called. Needed help with both dish washer-not filling with water & washing machine that seemed to be out of balance. Found that dish washer needs to be used more often (we hand wash!). He checked it thoroughly & ran it through a complete cycle while checking on the washing machine. The out of balance issue was due to felt "feet" that our flooring contractor installed to protect the new floors. Can't believe they made such a difference in the operation of the machine. He was here about an hour & only charged the trip charge. I feel certain another service company would have found something to replace!

I was assured that the repair was covered by a 90-day warranty, but once the dryer stopped working again, my calls and text messages went unanswered. I have also requested copies of my invoices and receipts for the work I paid for, but those have not been provided. I've been without a working dryer for an extended period and have had to use a laundromat while trying to get this resolved. I was patient with scheduling and gave them multiple opportunities to honor the warranty, but the lack of communication has been very disappointing. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. If you choose to use them, make sure you receive all invoices and warranty information in writing before paying.

I would strongly caution others about using Appliance Rescue Repair…read more The bottom half of my refrigerator stopped cooling, so I contacted Appliance Rescue Repair. A technician came out, diagnosed the problem, and told me the fan was bad and would need to be ordered. He said the part would arrive in a few days and that he would return to install it. Three days later, he returned and stated that the repair had been completed. He told me it would take a few hours for the refrigerator to get cold. After several hours, it still was not cooling. I contacted him again, and he came back the following day. He told me that he had left the refrigerator door open during the repair and that it should start cooling. Unfortunately, it still did not cool. After that, he stopped responding to my calls and text messages. I was left having paid for a repair that did not resolve the problem. I eventually had to hire another appliance repair company. They diagnosed the refrigerator and replaced the fan, and the refrigerator immediately began cooling again. At this point, I am out the money I paid Appliance Rescue Repair, as well as the additional money I had to spend to have the refrigerator properly repaired. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. I believe customers should be extremely careful and make sure they understand what they are paying for and whether the repair actually resolved the problem before considering the job completed.
