Didn't offer a wait time, a different day, or anything. Overall a great place to get your nails done. Some techs are definitely better than others. Between my daughter and we've been about a dozen times and there was only one time I wasn't 100% satisfied. This is the only place I go to in the Rockwall area. My daughter has tried others and they are never as good as Hollywood.
