The professional who took care of me was very friendly and explained the procedure in great detail, which I liked. She also gave good advice for after-care and answered all of my questions thoroughly. I scheduled an appointment almost a month in advance, the day of my appointment she canceled on me an hour before I was supposed to come in because she had a migraine. I ask if someone else could to do since I had pictures the next day and that's why I wanted to get my hair done. She never replied, never tried to reschedule me, nothing. Just thought it was rude and unprofessional.
