I have not heard back from him at all in spite of follow up calls, emails, texts from me and from his colleagues. I think he is one of those realtor who only responds to money in the works. His online presence brands himself as someone who is an expert on how to make money and chase real estate profits from others and nothing about service and giving back. Online posts of pictures and videos if not taken down upon home sale and home owner request is classified as an ethics violation by AZ Association of REALTORS. I will be filing my complaints via other channels to have my privacy protected. Updates: After working frustratingly on my own, I managed to have my private online information removed that were posted by Brian North and weren't removed within the reasonable time as required by ARMLS. Beware of this realtor who sells luxury real estate. He doesn't respect his buyer/sell's privacy and safety after a transaction is closed and he already has his commission money.

This review is long overdue but let's start with the facts:…read more On 3/20/23 my husband and I prequal'ed for a home. At this time, we already decided to hire Momentum RE Group and continued to submit a buyer orientation form via their web. Side Note: it took less than 5-10 minutes to fill this out; I commend a business that is organized in this area-- quick and straight to the point. The questionnaire they have is a great tool to communicate desired/undesired locations, wants vs. needs, price point, monthly maximum, etc. The following day was our Buyer Consult Meeting. Kelly contacted us to go over the house hunting necessities: FlexMLS setup, a scheduler, etc.. We then signed some papers and watched a quick informative video of the home owner buying process. Kelly made sure we understood everything and made herself available to answer every question and concern we had. We were comfortable moving forward and Boom! Done! On the 25th, we were on the hunt for our first home together. 3/29/23: We found our home! By the way, the Showing Specialist, Jill, is SUCH a delight to work with. 4/1/23: We put down the earnest funds to secure the home and were officially in escrow 4/28/23: We closed and got the keys! 4/29/23: Packed up the Uhaul and moved on in Needless to say, this team is organized, fast-acting, ***knowledgeable and communicative. Kelly and Jill are amazing to work with and are such an asset to the Real Estate World. You NEED to have these women on your side. Thank you for everything, Momentum Real Estate Group!

Needless to say, I felt confident with them to be my sales agents when I decided to sell this summer. For the sale, I worked with Kevin, Stephanie, Cheri and Brigette. They were all knowledgeable, helpful and stayed in contact throughout the process. This started with an initial meeting, to understand me & answer questions and concerns, to the listing going active and right through the closing. My home sold in 47 days! I think that is pretty impressive. Everyone goes out of their way to make sure you know you are important to them. As I search and wait for the next property to come available for me, there is no doubt that I will have Group 46:10 as my agents again. They truly value their clients.

Ever hear the term "ambulance chasers"? That's what it felt like being contacted out of the blue…read moreby this group, without my asking them for their info or giving them permission... I filled out a form on the Arizona housing department website asking for information about special mortgages. I have NO idea how David F. and his team got a hold of my cell phone and email from that, but they did. Next thing I know, I get a creepy text from David on my one day off, Sunday, trying to chat me up like we already had met and like I had solicited his help. NOPE. I did not. I certainly don't want to get cold-called via text, but that's exactly what he did. To me, texting is reserved for family and a few close friends. I don't want to be someone's next "mark" via a text and on my F'ing Sunday! He also had the nerve to add me to his spamming emails and I started getting emails with properties in them. Once again, I never signed up with these people, had NO idea who they were and certainly didn't give them permission to spam me. So, when I get this interrupting text from a total stranger while I'm at a play on my day off, I logically ask: How did you get my info? Instead of answering my question or apologizing, I get another creepy text asking me more questions about my activity. This is when I decided these people are just unctuous (see dictionary). REALLY? Is that the right way to start off a fiduciary relationship? Intrude on someone's life via their cell phone without asking and then when they ask you a logical question ignore it and slime your way further into a hole with another question? Gross. Just gross. So, I extended (via another text) some sage feedback to David F. about how NOT to start a biz relationship (uh, like cold-texting someone and then ignoring their "why are you contacting me" response...) and he had the nerve to once again, ignore my displeasure, not apologize and say that his tactics are good. What do I have to say to the fool who ignores the potential client's statements about the UNWARRANTED, UNSOLICITED and offensive behavior? BYE BYE. Dude, if you can't f'ing get a clue about what I find acceptable and unacceptable about how you initiate a dialogue with me, do you think I'd trust you to help me buy a HOUSE? OMFG. Get a clue... Dear 46:10, if you wonder why the only property David F currently has listed on his site is a ramshackle shack, check his sales tactics first.... perhaps his manner has something to do with it.... and since you haven't caught on about this "alt" smarmy way of doing business, how could I trust your company in any way... shouldn't you only pick agents who have a clue to represent your company? No to 46:10 and NO to Keller Williams period over this. Just too gross for any iota of trust to develop...

Because of the Pandemic, many organizations are experiencing a lack of staff, and, some have had to…read morehire a makeshift staff that may not have much practical real estate experience. Moreover, I've found that many realtors have only recently become licensed, and therefore they haven't yet built a worthy network of business contacts and clients. The net effect of having so many "newbies" or "part timers" entering the real estate industry means you have to be extremely pragmatic and careful when selecting your real estate representative. When my wife and I decided to sell our primary home of 26 years, we selected The Mojo Team, specifically, Morgan Hodges, to represent us. Morgan and his family were neighbors and friends of ours, which was very nice. But just as important, Morgan had an incredibly detailed knowledge of the neighborhood and the market, plus, he had a admirable network of potential buyers and investors, qualities and attributes that sadly many realtors do not have. After briefly speaking with Morgan, he quickly put a game plan together. What impressed us the most was that Morgan's first question was, "What do you want to get out of this sale?" We gave him a sales figure we had in mind, but we also explained that we were very private people and we're not enthused about the prospect of "open house showings" and a parade of strangers invading our privacy. Morgan assured us the selling process would not be painful nor lengthy. And those assurances were kept. In coordination with Dana Litz, Mojo's outstanding Operations Director, a contract was signed, and professional photos were taken of our home. But no showings were necessary, for within an incredibly short time, Morgan had surfaced a qualified buyer who made a full price cash offer that met our financial goals. It also relieved us of the burden and stress of having to open our home up to strangers. Dana's communication skills were impeccable. Liking customers is a behavior, and something that can't be trained. Dana updated my wife and I frequently, and also walked us through the entire sales process. And because of the ongoing Pandemic, and our reluctance to conduct too much business in person, the myriad of necessary paperwork was accomplished via DocuSign, which also included a virtual notary and wire bank transfer of funds (always the best part for sellers). I could go on, but I'll leave you with this advice. Sure, you can sell your home yourself, or try using one of the dubious "flat fee" real estate websites. But if you want the highest market price for your home, with the least amount of hassles, then look no further than The Mojo Team. That will be one if the best decisions you'll ever make when it comes to selling your property professionally
