I mentioned that the cusps on my molars are sharp and pointed and are cutting my tongue. She told me insurance won't cover it and just blew it off. I tried to discuss crowns and then to move onto cleaning my teeth. But she refused to work on me at all and would not do the cleaning. I discussed this with the front desk who told me she doesn't believe me and she asked me to leave. I have never been asked to leave a business before. I'm well insured and I can get care elsewhere. Without going into a lot of detail my sinus was perforated by a dental procedure (not this location or drs). I had to have oral surgery to repair the perforation and decided to come to OMS. They were completely booked up in the Springfield location, but Mindy called me shortly after we spoke and told me there was an opening in the Branson location. Dr Gibson saw the damage that had bee done and decided it best to wait a little for healing to occur before closing the large hole. Yesterday, I went in for surgery very nervous, but nurse Nawassa was so professional she put me at ease immediately. Then Dr. Gibson came in and next thing I know I am done and ready to go home. What a blessing this group is. I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs oral work. I can't say that about the organization that created the problem with the perforation in the first place who wanted to continue "trying" to fix their mistake. I am glad I asked for an oral surgeon instead. Thank you Dr. Gibson!!!!

They were able to take our replacement order over the phone, asked me to text a copy of the prescription (which thankfully we had with us) and then drive in the pouring rain to Springfield. Within a hour we got to the store, picked out frames and then waited just 15 more United to get complete glasses. They were literally faster than the McDonald's next door! The glasses that I got in August last year are missing rhinestones and when I tried to push the thing of the bridge of my nose the glasses broke in half. They will not replace the frames. Which are a cheap pair manufacturer product with inflated prices. Dick is indeed amazing and is an absolute "old school" professional! Not only did he obtain and install appropriate lenses for me within TWO DAYS -- a feat the company that scammed me (which I unfortunately only later learned has a grade "F" rating with the BBB) claimed was "impossible" -- but he also, at no additional cost to me, identified and performed some minor remedial repairs needed to the frame and took quite a bit of the time to carefully ensure my eyeglasses fit properly when I picked them up. All of this for a fair and extremely reasonable price. I cannot recommend Plaza Optical highly enough and would give a rating higher than five stars if I could!
