My father paid over $3000 for his hearing aids from this location on Sunshine, Springfield, Mo…read more He moved to Texas 3 months ago, and was complaining they didn't work! I took him to see if a cleaning and tune up would help . We learned..... the hearing aids in his ears were USED! The computer showed another mans name was registered to my fathers hearing aids!! OH MY LORD. Disgusting!!!! I will contact the attorney general and anyone else that will help resolve this disgusting matter. Taking advantage of the elderly on limited income is awful!
