Every single instructor is phenomenal. They are incredibly knowledgeable, supportive, and great at meeting you exactly where you are while still challenging you in the best way. One of the things that sets this studio apart is how personal it feels. It is a small, woman-owned business, and you can feel that energy the moment you walk in. They treat you like family here. Danielle, the owner, is truly the best. She is warm, encouraging, and deeply invested in creating a space where women and moms feel welcome, empowered, and supported at every stage of life. The variety of classes is amazing too. They offer Pilates Reformer at multiple levels, trampoline sculpt, cardio, PopFit, BootyBurn, Jazzercise, yoga, strength and mobility, and even sound baths. There is truly something for everyone. Whether you are easing back into movement, craving a really good burn, or wanting something fun and upbeat, you will find it here. I have tried many gyms and studios over the years. Beach Life is the only place that has felt like home. If you are looking for a supportive community, incredible instruction, and classes that actually make you excited to show up, this is it. I highly recommend this studio.

Dbs go to 160 and they got all the machines you need and some you've never seen. Absolutely fantastic. The owner is around and he is a great dude. I've been to a ton of gyms and this is right up there with any of them. Great gym for those serious about working out or those who want to start and learn. Everyone is very friendly and respectful but if you want to roll in not say anything to anyone and go to work this is also the place for that. Got a lifetime membership immediately. If I could change anything it would be a water refill station but now I'm being picky

This review is focused on the Assisted Stretching Studio inside Powerhouse Gym…read more I'm not really a gym person and had I not know Sasha my assisted stretching therapist had a location here I probably wouldn't have ever stepped inside. On my first visit I was greeted at the counter and directed to the studio. The studio is relaxing and comfortable, you hear some of the gym noise but it is not distracting. Sasha is very good at knowing how far to push you to get the most out of your session, her work is very therapeutic, after one visit my shoulder felt much better, I felt additional improvement after additional session. I didn't expect 100% improvement immediately but my shoulder feels much better, and after almost 10 years of discomfort I can't recommend Sasha enough. If you are in the gym stop in and schedule an appointment. Gym staff is friendly and helpful, they have a lot of equipment and space, and an assisted stretching studio on site for your pre or post workout stretch.

Sadly I didn't followed a schedule to work out my body for 4 years giving priority to my job and family. I got definitely scared of my mobility every day getting worst until I felt I couldn't even breath when Tieng my shoes. I randomly was scrolling on Facebook and I saw an add about Allegiate and I contacted them Coddy contacted me back and since then I felt hope. I don't want to feel my body stuck anymore. I signed the 6 Weeks Challenge everything was really smooth. Then Corbin took my Consultation and he committed with me to help me as well as Tony and José they are amazing couches. They are professional and dedicated to their jobs. If I cant preform an exercise they aske me in a scale how painful it is and they help me with another exercise. And how to forget about Sabrina she is a sweetheart and a giver, she is a hugger and always encourages me. Corbin & Tony knowledge is amazing and super helpful. It's not easy but it is worth it and my knee is stronger only in 4 weeks. I dint take pictures of the place because I don't know if they are allow. Sometimes humans take for granted our health and we spend so much money in what it hurts our body. These Gym and Team are a must in your life. I feel I am recovering my energy and mobility. Thank you Allegiate Gym. (Now I signed to be not a challenger but a member) Come and enjoy 100%.

The concerning part is not just the complaints themselves, but the pattern. Different reviewers…read morecontinue describing the exact same issues: poor management responsiveness, lack of accountability, declining class quality and availability, instructor turnover, cancellations with poor communication, clique-like behavior in certain classes, and an overall dismissive customer service culture. When the same concerns appear repeatedly over a long period of time without meaningful improvement, it reflects a leadership problem. For a premium-priced membership, members should not have to deal with frequent class cancellations, instructors abruptly quitting, or reduced schedules. Multiple instructors leaving is also a significant indicator of internal dissatisfaction. High turnover rarely happens in healthy, well-supported environments. Members are paying not only for equipment access, but for consistency, professionalism, and reliable programming. Another major concern repeatedly mentioned is the atmosphere surrounding the Zumba classes. A public gym should never feel socially exclusive or intimidating. Reviews consistently describe clique behavior, territorial attitudes over spots, rude conduct, excessive noise, and instructors allegedly siding with regular groups instead of maintaining professionalism and inclusivity. That is not the type of culture a fitness business should normalize. Operationally, there also appears to be a lack of attention to member experience: canceled classes communicated only through website updates instead of direct notifications, unresolved concerns despite suggestion boxes and reviews, overcrowding issues, members occupying equipment while on phones, and complaints about cleanliness and room conditions between classes. The most disappointing aspect is that these do not appear to be new concerns. They have allegedly been ongoing for months, yet review after review suggests management remains defensive or disengaged rather than solution-oriented. Long-term customer retention cannot thrive under those conditions. People may initially join because the concept of a women's gym is appealing, but retention depends on members feeling respected, heard, welcomed, and valued consistently. Until ownership demonstrates a genuine willingness to address these recurring concerns in a meaningful and proactive way, I cannot support this business and would advise potential members to thoroughly research current experiences before committing financially.
