The manager gave us a great deal since we were staying for so long. Every single person on the staff was super nice. Every morning they said hello and asked how I was. We were there so long that we learned each other's names and became friends. The staff helped us every time we needed anything and treated us like royalty. I felt like I was at a Chick-Fil-A because they were so nice. Every morning the staff provided sack breakfast which are better than they sound. They had these yogurt mini cakes which were just divine. They also have you a granola bar and a piece of fruit. They also had hot coffee at all times of the day and night. It was quite strong too which helped everyone of us get through the day. They always kept the cream, sweetener, and flavored syrups stocked up too. They also had a wide variety of tea bags with both caffeinated and decaf options. We brought our two dogs along with us during our stay. When they started barking or making very annoying noises the staff never got upset and always just smiled and talked to them. They never seemed to get irritated either. The staff always kept the dog waste pick up bags stocked also, which was quite convenient. The rooms were very clean and shockingly spotless. The rooms smelled very nice and had a very cool vibe. We had a large refrigerator which had a built in ice maker. We also had a large sink, dishwasher, stove top, microwave, and a coffee maker in our rooms. We also had 3 smart TVs which was a fantastic touch. All the furniture was amazingly comfortable, along with the soft beds and crispy white sheets. I would definitely rate the rooms a 12 out of 10! Overall our experience at Homewood suites was amazing. From things like the hotel location and coffee to things like the smart TVs and large refrigerator it was top of the line. It made you feel like you were in a five star hotel in a very fancy location like Rome, Italy or The south of France. I would recommend Homewood suites to anyone in the Trangle Area who needs a long stay or someone who needs a short stay. I would also recommend it to anyone who needs a overnight stay close to the airport. My overall ranking of the hotel, staff, rooms, amenities, and overall vibe and feeling isa 10/10!

Stayed overnight here because we saw the Jonas Brothers at nearby Lenovo Center. We like to stay overnight to not worry about driving when we are sleepyThis hotel is only about 20 minutes from the arena, and right off the highway. Ashley checked us in, as well as a black curly haired male. Both were pleasant, and recommended places to eat. This hotel has a pool, a gym, and breakfast in the morning. We did have a bit of an issue because we wanted a room not by the door, and originally got a room by the door, and was changed to the 3rd floor. Where the elevators were was nice, because one can see a view of outside and spot some red fall leaves. The rooms were very nice, and ours had a king sized bed, with a couch, bathroom and shower, as well as a sink, and a nice sized refridgerator. Room and hotel common areas were clean. Oh, but side note- why in the southern states is the bedding so light? I was able to dress warmly and get comfortable but some people do like sleeping with heavier blankets. Also, the ac seemed to be set to 70 Degrees which felt cold, especially at night. We ended up putting the heat on. Breakfast the next morning was Cereal, eggs, sausage, they had a waffle maker, and bagels, as well as a juice bar and coffee bar. Love that their coffee is K-cups! I had cereal and a bagel with nutella. Didn't really like their eggs that much, but that's okay! Hope to be back next time!

I decided to move hotels because if there are bed bugs in one room chances are they are all over! No manager call or contact. Was on a business trip and still waiting for a refund. That's the least they can do. Terrible customer service! Also when I contacted the manager Denzel, he claims a company came to check it out and that they only found an ant. Since when do ants bite you in clusters and have an oval shaped body. LOL. I have traveled for business for 10 years and this isn't my first time coming across this type of thing. The funny thing is not even a phone call happened to tell me that is what was found! If someone leaves your property for bed bugs you should probably contact them right away. Horrible customer service. Skip this hotel.

I…read moreunderstand hotel policies, including breakfast hours, and I do not expect special rules simply because of my status. However, I do expect basic hospitality, professionalism, and reasonable judgment. After breakfast had ended, I asked for one small bottle of milk that had been part of the complimentary breakfast. I fully understood that breakfast service was over. I was not asking for breakfast to be reopened or for anything complicated. The small refrigerator with the milk was right next to the front desk associate, María. She refused to provide one bottle because breakfast had ended. What made the interaction especially disappointing was the attitude behind the refusal. There was no effort to help, no flexibility, and no attempt to find a reasonable solution. The message I received was essentially that she would not allow it and did not want to provide it. This was never really about a bottle of milk. It was about customer service and hospitality. As a Diamond member, I have spent a significant amount of time staying within the Hilton portfolio, and experiences like this stand out for all the wrong reasons. Loyalty should not mean receiving special treatment at the expense of policy, but it should mean being treated like a valued guest. A request that could have taken seconds turned into an unnecessarily negative interaction. Unfortunately, this experience fell far below what I expect from a Hilton-branded hotel, and it left me questioning whether I would stay at this particular property again.

Your experience may vary but: The rooms are perfect for lots of daylight when you need it, but two privacy screens for the window to black it out at night. The gym is small but phenomenal! A Peleton, elliptical, treadmills, bench, dumbbells, kettle bells, medicine balls, pulley with weights, step block, towels and mirrors galore. It is perfect! Loved the layout of the rooms. Really nice setup. Indoor pool and an outdoor area with grills. Free breakfast that is decent! The only thing I will say as a negative: they don't have alcohol in the market and they missed cleaning a spot in my room. The cost is way less than other Hilton properties and a much better option. I'll be booking here again for 3 more upcoming trips. Now, I'm going to read these low rated reviews from entitled folks.

Not as fancy as the typical hotel, this Mariott-branded chain doesn't lack for amenities, but it does have the challenges of not being a "regular" hotel. Room service comes by once every four or five nights so if having a daily change of linens is important, then this isn't the place for you. On the other hand, if you need a change or towels, or more towels, they will provide that upon request. The same is true for the coffee. In any case, this worked for me, as I could stop by the local grocery store and pick up some things to keep in the full size refrigerator when I didn't feel like going out in the evening. There is a lounge/bar open in the evenings with a very limited bar menu. There is also outdoor seating off the lounge and an outdoor grill, although the weather during my visit wasn't conducive to using either. What was unexpected was the breakfast. It consisted of hot food items and juices, breads, fruit and coffee. It was easy enough to grab extra juice or milk bottles or fruit, even muffins, and stash them in your room for later snacking. The employees were all customer-focused and ready to answer questions. Parking is free, the wi-fi worked well enough, the beds were comfortable. I guess that's good enough when high-end or fancy is not a requirement.
