Probably more of a 2.5 star experience, but I'll give it the benefit. Stayed here overnight to meet…read morewith a customer onsite the following morning. Hotel itself is pretty dated, but it does have all the essentials you'll need. Free wifi? Yep, but definitely not the fastest. Mini fridge? Yep. Microwave? Yep. Pool? Yep, and even with a kiddie play area and a pool table. Bar? Yep, downstairs and also where they host their free complimentary breakfasts. Exercise/workout room? 24/7 but didn't get a chance to check it out for my quick stay here. I imagine it's just as outdated as the rest of the hotel itself and wouldn't expect anything fancy. Printing/work area? Room has it's own desk of course, but if you need to print anything I did see an additional office area with printers you could work out of if needed on the second level. Staff? Friendly and helpful. Not much else I got on this one. 'Til next time, cheers!

We chose this hotel because they allowed pets and I just adopted a 9 week old corgi and didn't have anyone to watch her. We got a King sized suite with it's own hot tube. Our room was so spacious we were able to keep our dog crate in and still have plenty of room to walk around. Unfortunately we didn't get to try the bar/restaurant or the indoor pool. I wasn't sure when I booked the room if it had a pool so I didn't bring my swimsuit. Either way we were still able to enjoy ourselves in the room and even ordered pizza one night that was delivered right to our room. We were able to check in late Friday because it was a 5 an a half hour drive for us and since we both worked we didn't leave until 4pm. The down fall was I couldn't find a front desk person to check in and another woman who came in after me to check in went to look for her after we waiting 15 minutes and tried using the phone to dial for help. The wifi didn't work either but we didn't mind using our data off our phones since we were only there from Friday night to Sunday morning. I would definitely come back.

This two-floor hotel has no elevator. The room was clean. The small fitness center is open 24/7. Breakfast is served from 6-9 on weekdays and 7-10 on weekends. Hot breakfast includes scrambled eggs, bacon, tater tots, biscuit, gravy, waffles. Cereals, oats, muffins, fresh fruits, yogurt were also offered. A water dispenser was at the lobby, near the entrance to the dining area. Overall, experience here remained good.

She refused to give me toilet paper because my name wasn't on the room number. My own mother dosent talk down on me. She needs an attitude adjustment. This room wasn't free it was paid by a business that does festivals and brings money to the city . And then to top it off we go to our room and cleaning staff left it open . The door wasn't locked or closed. This is some serious irresponsible stuff your staff are doing. You either need a fire everybody and get new staff or retrain them because this is ridiculous. The room didn't even look clean. The beds were made, but that was about it. I WOULD NOT recommend this hotel at all .Outside looks like sh## . And inside no elevators for ADA. Big lawsuit on your near future. Do better!

I am giving 2 stars because it was clean, it eventually warmed up decently, and it had a bed. I am…read moreremoving stars because - our window had a leak, so the 20° wind was howling through it all night. - our door was out of plumb, so it had to be forced closed each time. - the hotel and the room were outdated and drab. There was a hole in the wall where the door had hit it many times before we got there. The 80s TV cabinet had wood shavings in it and around it. The TV was flat screen but needed 2 remotes to work it (no cable box or streaming service, so why?) - toilet paper was minimal. There was one, partial roll available, we had to request a second one because housekeeping did not clean our room. - our light fixture was missing bulbs, and some of the crystals were broken. - with no customers visible to us, there was a pair of flip flops in the lobby seating area for an entire day. - the advertised continental breakfast yesterday had toast, 2 kinds of oatmeal, and coffee. This morning had toast, cinnamon oatmeal, and ice cold coffee. This is the most minimal continental breakfast I've ever seen. Why even bother? The kicker was, as we were leaving today, a woman, with one leg, in a wheelchair, rolled up on us outside our door to ask for $10 to eat and then begged us not to tell on her. If there'd been a proper continental breakfast, she would have had good available to her. Maybe they were trying to help her out, but I would prefer not to have to avoid peddlers inside a hotel.

Not fancy, but clean and very friendly. The air conditioner was a little loud, but worked fine. I…read morewould stay there again.
