Our son passed with flying colors and has a great driving record (he has been driving for 3 years). I am writing this a few years later because we moved away from Irvine and had to find another company for our daughter. Her experience was not as good and we did not feel that she was ready to be driving on her own even after that company signed off on it. I immediately called Varsity and they found her a time to work with Bob and we drove down to Irvine for it. She is communicative, punctual, and was very patient with my daughter as she was learning how to drive. What followed was a frustrating pattern of cancellations, extreme tardiness, scheduling blunders, and outright disrespect for our time. Appointment #1 (March 14): I texted Luis an hour before our scheduled 10:00 AM session to confirm who was coming. He cancelled on the spot, claiming the instructor was ill. Cancelling an hour before the first lesson after taking full payment upfront raised immediate red flags. Appointment #2 (Rescheduled to March 21 - 1 Hour Completed): Confirmed at 8:41 AM for 10:00 AM. By 10:03 AM no one was here. Jordan texted saying he was an hour behind schedule, delaying our entire family's day. Appointment #3 (March 29 - 2 Hours Completed): The instructor showed up on time. When I texted Luis asking for the dates of service on his records to cross-check, he shut me down completely, stating: "We signed you off for the 6 hours the program is completed."
